    Wonderful coompany. Very professional and helpfull

    Not sure if we would get windows but after talking with Greenfox felt that would be the best company

    Window replacement

    GreenFox replaced 14 of our windows in September. The installers were very efficient and professional, completing the job in two days instead of the estimated three days. A month later we noticed a small problem with one of the latches, which they quickly resolved. We chose GreenFox because they had excellent BBB ratings and the bonus was that their price was the best of the three quotes we received.

    From start to finish the project of window installation was superb, I was treated very well and all my questions were answered and all the people I dealt with were professionals.

    Windows install

    Great company, would recommend highly, all staff are very friendly, getting a quotes was quick and the rep answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable, was told windows would take 2-3 months to build, ended up being only 2 months which was great, they communicated via phone and email about the progress of the windows being built, was booked for 2 and half days for install, they got it done quickly and cleanly, entire process was seamless, again, high recommended!

    Windows install

    Window options review with project manager went well including info on qualifying for greener homes grant. Windows installed on time and appear to be great quality and craftsmanship. Did a good job of cleanup and protecting the floors. After windows install they needed to install some curved trim indoor that had to be ordered after install. Said it would be max 3 weeks. That turned into over 2 months with no calls from green fox on this. I needed to call 7 times over weeks asking where trim was, with no call backs and limited info. They insisted to be paid after main window install and definitely saw a drop in Customer care once was paid. Over two months later still dont have trim installed and limited info on where they are and when install will be. The main communication I get from staff is for me to keep calling then asking where it is, which I dont believe should be my responsibility. Main process of window options, install, price, quality and warranty was great. However limited customer care after.

    Patio door install

    Install time was approximate and the install was very quick and professional and a finishing job well done

    New Patio Door

    Highly recommend this company. From the first sales meeting and quote to the installation and then a follow up warranty check, all were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our daughter recommended them after a job well done at her home. Definitely 5 out of 5 Stars.

    Exterior doors

    This company is amazing. Right from Walter (our salesman) to the installation team was just great. The doors themselves are high quality and give the house a much needed update. I did my research on other companies and Green Fox was the best price. I was nervous dropping $15,000 on doors but was so pleasantly surprised by the white glove treatment we received. I cant say enough about the quality of the doors themselves. Awesome. I highly recommend putting this company on the top of your list for quotes.
