Took a while from ordering to install. Orderly and on time when windows were in inventory. Qualified installers did great job removing old basement windows and installing the new windows. Showed up on time and left after fully cleaning up the work areas. Thank you Green FoxAnswer from pro:

Thomas the salesmen was excellent, the installers were excellent. Follow up inspections with Devon went great. Everyone was helpful in regards to the government grant. Ive already recommended them to family and friends.Answer from pro:

I got all my windows and back door replaced. Greefox did an exceptional job. Polite and professional. Roman was my project manager, he was very informative. Installers where efficient and the follow up inspection with Devon went great. Highly recommend this company to family and friends.Answer from pro:

Got greenfox to install windows in my home. The work was done in november and was almost complete (save for a few pieces of brick moulding). I have followed up a few times and been assured that "I will be put next in the que". Nothing ever comes of it. The reality is that I paid in early November and this company doesn't seem to have alot of incentive or drive to finish the job. Very poor customer service and a disspointment.Answer from pro:

IF CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. after being referred to this company by friends, we decided to visit their showroom to look at new front doors. Showroom was empty except for a receptionist. There was no one to show you around and advise on products. Set up an appointment for a sales rep to come to our home. Showed up at @ 2:30 pm on a Friday in August and couldn't get out of there fast enough. By 3 pm he was out the door with $2500 bucks and a proposed installation date of Nov. In Oct we get an email that door is delayed until Jan, then changed to Dec. Once door finally got installed they neglected to reconnect our alarm system before framing and capping the door. On the walk through we told them about the alarm issue and they said they would get back to us with details how to rectify it. 2 weeks go by, over the Christmas break so we will not hold that against them, however; their answer to our issue is to give us $100. No offer to correct the issue, so now we have to go out and get parts to correct and find another contractor to fix the issue they caused. Do you think $100 bucks will cover that! NOT. It was paying us to go away instead of making the customer satisfied. Your satisfaction means nothing to them once they have your money. Our door is very nice and I am happy with it but that doesn't make this situation any better customer service wise.Answer from pro:

Greenfox is a very good company. We are very happy with the product and the pricing we received for our window and door purchase. The only issues we had was with the installers who provided a two hour window for arrival, however in two seperate instances they showed up two hours after the two hour window for one install and the next day (for the two hour window) for the second install. As well, we understand that there will be stucco damage when installing new windows, however it would be nice for them to fix the stucco and have it look like it did before, rather than just slapping it on to fill the holes. Replaced our front door. The door has a great paint job looks more expensive than it really was. The installers were very helpful, answered any questions I had and explained the installation process in detail. They also cleaned up everything leaving our entrance way as clean as it was before they showed up to do the install. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the start, when we got our estimate, to the finish. I would highly recommend Green Fox to anybody who is interested in doors for their homes.Answer from pro:
