    New Door

    Needed a new front door for 1956 bungalow. Price has reasonable and they provided a lot of information up front on the installation and provided guidance. Installation was quick and clean. Door now is sealed and works like a dream.

    3rd project with them, messiest install yet

    We replaced our doors with them in 2021, 3 big windows in 2022, and the rest of our windows (12) just recently in 2023. The first two jobs were 5 stars all the way, good service from the sales rep Alex and the install crews were professional, quick, and considerate of the mess they were leaving. This last install wasn't as great. The crew was professional and quick, however they were a bit messy. Lots of drywall and wood chips left in our rugs at each window and throughout the house, which didn't happen with the previous two. We found a lot of chipped tile underneath one of our windows in the bathroom where the tile meets the casing. Granted it is very tight and the tile is probably 25 years old, so it's not super surprising, but not great to find after the fact. That being said, I will still continue to recommend the company, their prices are excellent and their pre and post service has never been a question. Trying to get 12 windows installed in two days opens the door to issues like this, otherwise the windows look fine.

    Installing 3 new windows

    They came early, professional set up their tools and started installation of our new windows. Throughout the process, they were polite, honest and willing to go an extra mile to get it all done professionally. The windows were not only installed properly but also well insulated inside and outside.

    Front door replacement

    GreenFox Windows and Doors. Highly recommend this company for your window or door replacement. Professional guidance from the estimator on custom door ordering. Installers completed the project on time and clean up was above expectations. Final inspection complete. We are very satisfied with the whole project from start to finish.

    Excellent Value

    We needed to replace our windows and doors, and Green Fox was one of our compare companies. It wasn't the cheapest overall but they definitely had the best value for high quality products. We were comfortable to pay more for best in class products. The build of their doors is unique to any other company and just makes sense. Highly recommend (and already have) Green Fox

    Window replacement

    Everyone is absolutely efficient. They replaced a window within 3 hours. Everything stays fine and we are all satisfied.

    Window Replacement

    GreenFox is amazing! From the estimate to the payment to the installation to the supervisor coming to check on the work. Everyone was friendly and helpful and if they didnt know the answer, they would always get the answer for you from the appropriate people! Thank you GreenFox!     Whole House Window Replacement

    It took us several years researching the window suppliers before we chose GreenFox. Once we had seen the windows in the showroom we already knew the high quality of the products. Working with the Project Manager, Harrison, in the home inspection and planning, we were very much at peace with what we ordered. He gave us such clear and knowledgeable advice on the different options and the assistance with understanding the energy grants we could apply for. We were already sold by then. The staff were always ready to assist no matter how many times we called with questions and they kept in touch along the way. Our window installation was completed during one of the coldest weeks we had in the winter of 2022. We were worried about the heat loss during the installation but we didnt need to think of that. Those very old 11 windows each went out and the new ones were placed within minutes, with no discomfort in the house. The two very professional installers were not only the finest of craftsmen in the meticulous installation and finishing of the windows but they were perfect gentlemen. They worked that day and the next cold day with such superior efficiency, it totally sealed our satisfaction with Greenfox. Once everything was complete, there was no sign, other than the beautiful new windows that you could actually see through without heavy ice on them, that anything had happened. The job site was so perfectly clean inside and outside the house. Follow-up with our project manager sealed in our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend GreenFox Windows!

    window replacement

    We found Green Fox for a quote through the Greener Homes initiative. The person giving the quote explained the different options available and the costs. The windows were ordered with the greener homes grant in mind and an expected arrival date was given. Green Fox kept us up to date on the status of our order. Our windows arrived later than the original date given but that is not unusual in these times. Installation was scheduled for January and the two installers began in January. The work was done to our satisfaction and our yard and home were left clean. One window could not be done as warmer weather was needed. We were made aware of that when the windows were ordered. We did not have to pay for that window until the work is complete. To this point we are glad we chose Green Fox and are grateful for the good work done by everyone
