    Door replacement

    We required new door for our house and after checking out Green fox we ordered new doors , Only problem was having to wait 5 months to get them , them making 4 different appointment dates to have them installed , now they are in its great

    Window replacement

    We met with a few companies based on posted reviews and Greenfox was included. They had by far the most impressive presentation which included sample products. They also took the time to explain the rebate programs in depth and answered all our questions. The installation process went smoothly, installers were very amiable and addressed a couple of questions we had with reassurances and followed through very professionally. The cleanup process was great and we absolutely love our new windows.

    Windows

    I hope to hear from them again soon. A screen needs replacing. I liked everyone involved. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. I appreciated that they cleaned up well.

    Living, Kitchen & Basement Windows

    This is the second time Ive used Greenfox and Im very happy with the quality of the products and the installation. Highly recommend!

    Window Replacement

    Last December, 2021 we ordered 7 new Platinum Series, Single Hung, Triple Glazed windows from Greenfox Windows and Doors in Calgary to replace our homes original windows. We were guided with expert advice from Max, the Regional Manager, who came to our home to measure the windows and help us decide what options would work best for us. Last Friday the installers came to insert the new windows. I was nervous about whether we would be left with a lot of touch up work afterwards, and about the skill level of the workmanship. Victor and Oleg immediately allayed our fears. These 2 hard workers replaced our old windows with beautiful, high quality new ones efficiently, quickly and skillfully. Their workmanship easily met my exacting standards. The job was complete in a total of 7 1/2 hours, no problems. They vacuumed and removed all debris before leaving. We are very happy with everything. Today I had a question regarding removing and inserting the screens, so this afternoon Max came by to answer my queries and check everything. We were lucky to order these windows during their 2021 autumn sale. Max also encouraged us to apply for the Federal Governments Greener Home Rebate, which has made these windows even more affordable. I would definitely recommend Greenfox Windows and Doors as a reputable, reliable company. Thank you Greenfox, and thank you Max, Victor and Oleg.

    Bay window and large bedroom windows

    Great instillation, our Job had large and heavy windows that required water damage repair to the support and subfloor. Our installers got it all repaired and installed beautifully.

    Great company to work with!

    Green Fox was definitely the way to go right from our first consultation to the final install. The product and the service were all wonderful. The timeline from consultation to install was very reasonable. The consultant had some great recommendations for us that we would have never thought of. The guys that did the install were friendly and efficient and our windows were in with very little displacement for us or our pets.

    All windows replaced

    From start to finish, Greenfox offered excellent professional service and a marvellous product at a reasonable cost. Everyone from the telephone receptionists to the estimators to the installers were affable, courteous and efficient. Eleven windows, most having 3-5 sections, were installed in two days. Everything about the experience was first rate.

    All New Windows

    Exceptionally good service, from the salesperson through to the finished project inspection! Special thanks to the installers who were conscientious, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and paid attention to EVERY detail! The new windows look great and the triple panes should provide protection against any future polar vortex or heat dome!

    Installed dammaged window, refused to replace it.

    Use caution when selecting this company, the product is nice, however one of the windows they installed in our home developed a crack coming from inside the frame which was an obvious defect in the glass edge from the factory. Company refused to replaced the window. Next time I would choose a company which stands behind its product.
