I just moved into a new development in South Edmonton. I had noticed all my neighbours used River Valley Final Grading for their Landscaping needs. After my own personal experience with RVFG I will definitely use them again because of 1) Their incredible work 2) Outstanding customer Service 3) Quick turnaround & availability 4) Professionalism. Right from the first email staff made you feel confident in their abilities to get the job done. They were very patient with our ever changing decision on what exactly we wanted to be completed (final grade, tree planting, landscape fabric, and sod). They kept us well informed as things were happening and provided instructions on follow-up care. The service was prompt and responses were fast.

Our neighbor had booked his landscaping with River Valley Final Grade and we decided to get the work done on our yard at the same time. The work was done very well, it looks great! We are very happy with the results.

We got our final grade and all our landscaping done they were very accommodating to our changes in regards to our lay out and did an excellent job! We also got a discount for having neighbours go with them as well!

Heard about landscaping services at Home & Garden Show. Very pleasant to deal with throughout the process and made our first landscaping project very smooth from start to finish. Feel like we got excellent value for the great service that was provided.

Working with River Valley Final Grading was extremely easy from start to finish. Their sales team provided me with an estimate within 1 day. River Valley took care of all of the required steps (surveying, provided topsoil, spreading, levelling, certificate fee, engineering approval) to have our home approved by the City for final grade without us having to lift a finger. Not to mention they were the best priced company based on my research. I would recommend River Valley Final Grading to anyone without hesitation!

Everyone was very helpful they always answered my questions promptly and made the whole process very easy. The final product looks exactly how i wanted. They were also very affordable.

RVFG was a breeze to deal with. Ray answered all of our questions in a timely manner and we felt comfortable with every decision. The final grade was done on time and our final grade approval was completed within eight days. The sod was also delivered on time and was healthy. Thanks RVFG!

I want to preface this with, River Valley's product and install are high quality as is their competitive pricing but communication with them was sometimes lacking. We often found there were communication errors in quoting and addresses, they were quoting us for wheelbarrow service when we had no fence up, I had to contact them several times to ensure they were going to the right place and attaching photos to show them what I meant. We had to follow up a few times to find out when grading was going to be completed. We were also offered a landscape package to install trees and shrubs and then they later said they no longer did that which was frustrating. Later a tree did end up in our yard anyway without any kind of confirmation from our side. We still agreed to pay for it, but there was that lack of communication again. Overall I would recommend them, however I would ask that River Valley work on communication and managing expectations at the forefront. We are pretty easy going people so fortunately everything worked out well in the end.

RVFG did a great job. They were there when they said they would be and I could tell that they cared about having a great result. I am very happy.
