Contacted several companies back in April for final grade information. River Valley Final Grading was the only one to get back to me within a week, and to be honest, they got back to me later that evening. They showed up very close to their estimated date, did their work in very short order, and left the site very clean. They are quick to respond to questions, and priced very competitively. When they say they take care of everything, including dealing with the city, it's true. I got my approval from the city just three days after they completed their work. I had one request and that was for them to do road crush for a patio as part of final grade. This wasn't a problem and their measurements were bang on. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody who needs grading done.

Our builders failed to do a fantastic job on our rough grade. We asked them to redo and asked the city for an extension on final grade approval. After all was said and done they never redid the rough grade and we almost ran out of time with the city. River Valley came in fast got the job done quickly and beautifully.

Service was delivered on time and well done. Staff were very friendly and polite. Work site was left very tidy. Supervisor took time to explain the follow up process to us. we are very pleased.

We hired River Valley Final Grading to do the front and back final grading of our lot. Due to accessibility of the back yard, the crew used wheel barrows to haul all the dirt required for the back yard. The guys worked quickly and were very respectful of the neighboring yards. Their work was very well done as all the rain we have been having, there is NO puddling. They did a nice cleanup job too. Their company also takes care of the surveying and getting the city to come by to do final approvals. The whole process was about a week. Very good experience with this company.

The black dirt was very good. Neighbors had two different companies and one had "grey" black dirt and the other had weeds growing in a week. I didn't get any of this. Also rivervalley never asked for Adium until the job was done.

The job was completed around the time frame they quoted. They even cleaned the bit of garbage in the yard. It was done very well and all with no hassle. The engineers came out the next day and City inspection completed the following week. I'm very satisfied.

Rivervalley final grading provides good service, everything from getting quote to finishing the job is seamless. Leave no mess at my house, final grade approved within a week. Very impressed.

Super easy way to finish the backyard. I just came home and the weed garden turned into a professional looking top soil finish and they arranged for the sod to be dropped off so I could install myself. Never had to fill out any papers. Just needed the lot grading certificate. If I ever had any questions they emailed me back very quick. Very satisfied
