    Company of my choice

    Great company. Used them few times already. Valentyn worked within our budget and did a fabulous job. He was reliable and friendly and went above and beyond helping with some extra work outside the scope of the project. I would highly recommend.

    Toilet flange replacement

    Valentin is a true professional. Responsive, courtesy, reliable and very good at what he does. He wore shoe coverings. Cleaned up. Took his garbage away with him. He even explained what he had to do and added a bead of silicone around the bottom of the toilet for added security and a smooth finish. I would highly recommend Valentin. I will use him myself for any future plumbing works.

    Sump pump replacement

    Great work by Valentin who promptly replaced a broken sump pump and a battery for the backup pump. Top notch professional work - fast, accurate, clean and with a clear explanation on what has been done. And he fixed an issue with the backup pump controller to make the system work. The company's response time was quick and everything was done on time. I recommend their services.

    Replaced Basement Bathroom Vanity and Toilet

    Valentyn was exceptional from beginning to end. When I posted on HomeStars requesting quotes for my project Valentyn stood out from the other 2 companies as he was the only one who asked detailed questions to understand what work I needed done. He even went over and above by picking up my new vanity and toilet from Lowes. Valentyn’s attention to detail showed and he made sure no detail was overlooked. He even replaced a piece of trim from where the old vanity had been. The work was completed with perfection and the bathroom now looks amazing. When he noticed that the existing pipe had a tiny leak he replaced the line when other remedies didn’t work. He was punctual and professional, and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely call Valentyn for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

    Professional service

    A plumber named Valentine was very professional. I had a problem with my sink and he was able to fix it quickly and he also cleaned the mess before he left. He even called me back to check up on the sink as well. I highly recommend this place and Valentine

    Sump Pump Replaced

    Showed up within an hour of when I first called to replace a burnt out sump pump. Followed all Covid safety protocols. Was kind and professional. Solved the problem right away. Highly recommended!

    Exterior Waterproofing of Foundation Wall

    Over the period of a couple of years, we noticed some wet spots in one area of the basement. After contacting Canada Waterproofers, they quickly assessed the issue and provided options on how to deal with the water seeping in through the foundation wall. After choosing our best option, the company quickly and efficiently dealt with the issues. Over the course of a few days, they provided us with updates, showing us the problem areas and explaining how the problems would be fixed, even providing pictures as the work was being done. The workers were courteous and friendly throughout the process. The work was done in the spring of 2020 and we didn't do a review immediately as we wanted to make sure that there was no more water leaking into the basement. After some heavy rains in the summer and a couple of snow thaws over the winter, we're happy to report that our basement is bone dry. Thanks for a job well done, Canada Waterproofers!!

    Great company

    Fast and professional service. Awesome job done by Valentin. Installed drain and fixed leak, also secured wobbly kitchen faucet. True professional. Thank you Canada Waterproofers for providing with such a specialist!

    Installation of smart water shutoff valve

    Valentyn arrived punctually to install a PhynPlus Smart Water Shutoff Valve. He was familiar with the product, easily adapted it to fit my 3/4” pipe, and guided me on how to connect it to my wifi network. He was very courteous, prompt and tidy.

    Drain Blockage

    Valentyn was professional, reliable and competitively priced. Arrived the day after the quote and fixed blockage. Also gave good advice on upkeep and gave advice on a hard to flush toilet.
