    Wet basement

    Canada water proofers team are very proffesional . Team members are reliable and trustworthy. They did excellent job. Do not hesitate to contact Mr. Salava. If you need wet basement service please call Canadian water proofers. Don't think twice.

    Best company

    Technician Valentin was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Explained every procedure before beginning work. Was using protection gear due to COVID situation. Completed job to my satisfaction. Thank you Canada Waterproofers for professionalism.

    Quick and Straight forward

    Carl called me same day of requesting his expertise. I explained him my situation with my dead sump pump. He came in and took a look at it, provided me full guidance on what to expect. Provided me the price with no surprises. Came in the next day as promised on time and prompt. Replaced the pump and also fixed the piping to make sure its clean and professional. On top of that, he also made sure the gunk that was collected overtime due to old pump not working, was cleaned up and pump was functional. He also provided me maintenance tips and how to keep the pump functional and healthy. (just like with any electronics). I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone who is considering getting sump pump replaced or fixed. Amazing workmanship and very professional. Plus he is fun to talk to while he is working :P (hopefully I didn't distract him too much haha)

    Toilet & External Faucet Replacement

    Valentyn (Val) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was courteous, quick to respond and very helpful with questions/concerns. He replaced our Toilet and fixed a leaky faucet we had outside our house. He also followed up a couple days later to ensure everything was fine. I would not hesitate to call again for any future issues.

    Very helpful

    Our main sewer drain became clogged and flooded some parts of our basement. We initially contacted a different plumbing company who came and did and inspection and all they told us was that the blockage appears to be where the pipe becomes city property and that they can't investigate further and we need to contact the city. They did tell us that there needs to be a cleanout drain for the city to do anything, and we believed that the one the plumber showed us was correct, but it wasn't, and the city couldn't access what we thought was our clean out... so we were left thinking our house didn't have one. Luckily, Slava came to our home, and he took a look around, and he said that there could very likely be a clean out hidden behind our storage cabinet and it may be covered by some cement... well, go figure, I removed the cabinet and low and behold, there was the clean out, indeed covered ever so little by a bit of cement on the clean out... I removed the bit of cement, the city came and did their inspection and they resolved the issue. Slava didn't even charge us for his time... so for that I thank you Slava, you saved us a huge headache and potentially a costly installation of an outdoor clean out had we not known where to look for the one in our basement

    waterproofing

    Carl and his crew were extremely professional. The work was done in a neat and careful way. During the course of the project, it was determined that additional work was going to be needed; Carl did not overcharge for this extra. We've already recommended Canada Waterproofers to our neighbour.

    Leaking water from the pipe attached to sink

    There was water leaking from the pipe which was attached to the sink. I called Valentine from Canada Waterproofers who helped me with the plumbing issue last time efficiently. Valentine is always punctual on time and he is very professional with good manner. He again fixed the problem very well and he also followed up with me the day after. I highly recommend Valentine from Canada Waterproofers.

    Fix leaking toilet

    As usual, Valentyn did a great job. He arrived on time, checked out the problem, explained the solution and the cost to fix. He completed the task as expected. I always go to him for help because I know he will show up and do a good job.

    Sump pump drainage

    This Company is serious and honest, Valentin, Val as people call him, is a very good plumber, he explained everything about my sump pump and how it works, and what has to be done or not, he connected the drain I needed without cost me anything. I will use his service again and I will refer him to family and friends and to everyone who come to me asking for a friendly and honest plumber and Company.     Washroom and kitchen renovation

    Valentyn was fast and reliable. Good communication and did all he said he will. Will call this company again when in need of a pro. Was a big job so he came every day until he finished.
