    Quick fix for a leaky pipe

    Have used Canada Waterproofers now for three different jobs. Last night my daughter noticed a huge bubble of paint over her head in the kitchen - clearly the result of a new, sudden leak from the washroom upstairs. Contacted Carl at around 8 pm via text, he got back to me immediately, and I had a call from Val within 10 mins. He gave us immediate advice, and promised to come the next morning. Showed up on time, and despite it being a tricky, difficult to reach repair (it involved a type of pipe that was apparently discontinued 25 years ago, located between floor and ceiling), he got the leak fixed. Great QUICK service.

    Waterproofing and changed clay pipes

    We just had Canada Waterproofers at home for a second service. Slava and his crew did the waterproofing around our home last year. We have not had any issues since. They were kind and super clean!!! (They cleaned everyday even while the work was in progress.) Slava was professional and prompt. They came in at a great price as well! We needed our clay pipes changed last week and Slava was at our house within the hour to quote the job and started it the next morning. This crew was just as pleasant and professional as the one we dealt with last year. I highly recommend this company! Lucia

    Plumbing

    We called Canada Waterproofers to unclog our upstairs toilet. We had used them in the past and were very happy with their service. Valentin contacted us and arranged a time to come to the house. He arrived right on time, was very professional and courteous and explained what he had to do. He fixed the problem quickly. We would not hesitate using Canada Waterproofers again.

    Thumbs up! Very happy with their work. Plumber Valentin arrived on time was prompt and on schedule. Work was done neatly , price was fair. Would recommend this company to anyone I know.

    Leak in basement

    Fast, efficient service anda excellent workmanship! My furnace room has been flooding on and off for several years. None of the companies I called were able to find out where the water was coming from and dismissed my suggestion that the carbon filter and/or water softener were leaking somewhere. Finally, I called Canada Waterproofing and Andrew came quickly to assess the situation. He was curteous, professional and knowledgeable and sent Valentin the next day to look at the plumbing. Valentin was very polite, was willing to problem solve and listened to my theory. He investigated further and found that indeed, the connections on the hoses were not secure and this was the source of the leaks. He came back, with Dimitri to assist him, and installed new hoses on the units and a new floor drain. Valentin was a pleasure to deal with. He did excellent work, was respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. I highly reccommend this company.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    I had the exterior side of my house done by Canada Waterproofers. I was very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. Slava gave me a very reasonable and honest quote and the guys did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Slava and his team. Trudy

    Exterior Basement Water Proofing

    We were looking for a waterproofing company to come and water proof the exterior of our house. After interviewing several companies and getting quotes, we finally settled on Canada WaterProofers. Slava showed up on time and addressed all my questions and did not try to oversell or over charge as a lot of the sales agents do. He told us what we needed and how long it would take to do it. We originally did one side first last year as we were getting leaks on that side. We had the second side done this year and both times, we were thoroughly impressed by the speed, the professionalism and the details in the work performed by them. They did not cut corners, nor did i see them sitting on the job. They treated us like we were a priority and had to get the work done. I have seen companies that take on multiple jobs at the same time and this prolongs the estimated completion time of the job. We had no such issues with this company. They also left the site clean and did not leave any garbage around.

    Sink repair and more

    This is second time I have used this company. The service we were given was excellent. The response time was quick and the plumber(Valentin) was very thorough. We will definitely use this plumber again and will recommend Canada Waterproofers to our friends and family. Great job!!

    Waterproofing , Sump Pump install and Back flow valve

    This is one of the best companies we have selected for our home project. This team works like a well oiled machine and I am in awe of their precision, dedication and stellar customer service. When working with a contractor , we seek integrity , worksmanship and accountability. The crew and Slava went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for coordinating our permit approval and thanks for all the coaching and guidance on the rebate. They re-installed a sump pump that was poorly installed ( DIY job). They waterproof over 20 feet of our basement and installed a backflow valve. All these tasks were performed in one day and within short notice. Working with a company of their caliber , you might also score some of their promotions. We were very lucky to have requested their services. Thanks again.     Waterproofing

    Carl from Canada Waterproofeers came out to my house to give me a quote for a leak I had in my basement. He is very knowledgable and approachable and gave me a very fair price. Stas and Andrew, who came out to do the work, were excellent hard workers who did a great job waterproofing my foundation. The product and methods they use are exceptional and allows the company to back up their work with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them if you need your foundation waterproofed.
