    Fabulous and Efficient Service

    After getting a ridiculous quote from a company that came up on Google, I remembered Home Stars. Valentin - the plumber, was friendly, helpful and fast. He also helped me source a fixture, at a great price. I would highly recommend Canada Waterproofers!

    Plumbing job

    This Company is on my Speed Dial

    Slava first waterproofed my cold storage room which was causing me headaches, and was tidy, professional and a pleasure to work with. Slave has returned countless times to look at other water issues I've experienced in different areas of my home. The reason he's on my speed dial is that I've never met anyone more honest. He always provides me with less expensive alternatives before recommending his crew arrive and do the work. I recommend him 100%. Honest and hard working.

    Amazing job

    Our plumber Valentin was amazing! He was very thorough and patient in checking the problem and made sure a few times to see if was completely fixed. He even asked us all was good a week later! He was professional and had great workmanship. Thank you again!

    Foundation Cracks

    I had a few foundation cracks in my unfinished basement (some were visible inside and outside) and I called Canada Waterproofers (Slava came out to take a look). He provided amazing customer service. I had other companies come out and try to sell me every product they possibly could just to take my money. However, Slava made me feel very comfortable and was extremely honest. He told me that the area of the crack was not a concern as it was located in the mechanical room area - I just had to monitor it for now and fix the crack (as it was not leaking) when I decided to finish the basement. The other cracks that were only visible from the outside, were settlement cracks at a corner and were just cosmetic. He even explained how I could fix the cosmetic cracks with hydraulic cement myself. I definitely recommend Slava / Canada Waterproofers for your foundation needs.

    Water leak from upstairs bathroom through the celing below

    Val was very prompt, professional, personable and neat. First day he did his best , but the leakage continues. The second day he came back promptly and trouble shoot the situation and the he nailed it. My wife and I were quite impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this company and Val. I guess we found our new plumber for life.

    Highly Recommend !

    We called Canada Waterproofers because of a problem with moisture in our basement. Carl came to our home and very quickly was able to diagnose the problem & identify the leak in our piping in the basement. He was very helpful and extremely polite and nice to deal with. He recommended his colleague Valentin who is a plumber. Valentin came within a few days and was able to replace the piping. Valentin was very professional and thorough in his work. He was extremely diligent in making sure that our problem was fixed. We are very pleased with both Carl and Valentin, and will definitely call them again if we ever need help. Highly Recommend Carl, Valentin and this company !

    Replace inside/outside valves

    Valentin responded to the job request and provided an estimate the same day. He came the next day and replaced the 2 valves quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained the changes made and the requirements for winter preparation. I would certainly hire him again.

    Waterproofing

    I highly recommend working with Slava and his crew. The entire experience was professional, from beginning to end. The crew were amazing and very hard working. We are extremely pleased with the results.

    Great service

    Val from Canada Waterproofers provided great service. 1.) Great communication: about timing and price. 2.) Simple and Complex Fix: He fixed a simple issue immediately and identified large issues with out plumbing and pipes. 3.) He was professional and courteous.
