    Excellent service!

    We had an excellent experience with Canada Waterproofers. The pricing beat all competitors and the installation was excellent. Boris noticed a small leak - nothing I would have noticed - but rather than just leaving it for me to deal with later, he spent an additional hour at the place repairing the leak to make sure everything was in working order. Although this took him until 6 PM, his professional nature indicated he was concerned with quality.

    Highly recommended

    This company is great. Carl and his team were very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and completed the foundation crack repair as per estimate, in one day. They left the repair site perfectly clean. Corey, from the office, coordinated the repair times, sent us updates regarding the locates and followed up to see if we are happy with the repair. Excellent customer service! It's been a pleasure to work with this company and we highly recommend them.

    Exterior and Interior waterproofing

    The initial contact with Carl was very welcoming. The crew was very professional and efficient during the entirety of the project. They made sure we understood what work needed to be done thoroughly and addressed any concerns. After the dig got started they found additional problems but handled them expertly. Work was predicted to take a week to complete but they were able to finish within 4 days. I’m very happy with the results, would highly recommend. Sandra D

    Plumbing work

    Very pleased with this company. Boris was very knowledgeable and quick to respond...he explained step by step what he was doing to correct the problem. Customer service of reception and work was exceptional. Cost very reasonable. We initially hired another plumbing company, but after talking with Boris over the phone my husband and I were so impressed with his knowledge that we hired him with no hesitation. We are so happy we dealt with Canada Waterproofers because they saved us $655. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience. We will recommend you to our friends and family.

    Fixing sump pump discharge

    We we're contacted quicky once we submitted the request and the service was great. Boris did a great job explaining wat the problem was, wat needed to be done next and made us feel comfortable with the process. Quick, knowledgeable and personable. We are very satisfied with Canada Waterproofers!

    Water proof

    I recently had my home waterproofed. The crew was great, their work was neat & they cleaned up the worksite. They were polite and hardworking. I am certainly impressed and will recommend them to anyone who needs their home waterproofed.

    Improving plumbing on basement

    Boris from Canada Waterproofers was professional, friendly, and accommodating. He was prompt with his replies and got the work done efficiently and well. He was in contact with me whenever anything came up from scheduling to needing to change out the hardware. His pricing was very fair considering that his work is top notch! I couldn't ask for more and won't hesitate to call on him again and to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

    Plumbing

    Boris very attentive and knowledgeable. A pro with a heart. Boris did a wonderful job. I trust his knowledge and no how. I will definitely hire him for my future plumbing needs. He will get the job done no matter what and it will be done right. He fully explained the entire project and has a great personality. Left place with no mess.     25 Feet Exterior Waterproofing for 3 Days

    Unfortunately, I recently bought a house where I found a large mould building up in my basement. I took out the wall and just found out that water from outside is seeping within the tie rod holes. How wonder the report identifies large amount of dampness on that side of wall. So I decided to request different quotes thru Homestars and decided to hire Canada Waterproofers. Carl and his team did a great job for my exterior waterproofing. It only took them three days to do the job with 3-4 working people for a 25 feet length wall. The job was done professionally and I have no comments. Too bad I have a limited budget but I will definitely hire them again to waterproof the remaining side of my house.

    Basement waterproofing

    Slava and his team did a great job installing interior weeping tiles and sump pump. They went beyond the norm and even fixed a furnace drain hose. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their basement waterproofing done.
