    Leak

    The whole process was pretty pain free. They called me right away after I clicked on them through Home Stars. We set up an appointment that was convenient for me. The plumber who arrived was on time and gave me the information I needed to hear to make a decision. I decided to hire them for the job, he was able to do it then and there. Boris, the plumber, was honest, informative, and funny. May not seem important, but, he made the experience less stressful. The job took about an hour and now we can breath a sigh of relief and not worry about our 20 year old toilet leaking.

    Very professional company and reliable work

    This is our third time that we've had to call Slava and his team to our house. Not because his previous work leaked - those rooms have been dry for close to two years already, but because we keep on getting new leaks in different rooms in our basement. (Well, does it comes with the territory of having a 100+ year old house.) As always, Slava came to assess the work extremely fast and arranged for the job to be done within the week. The crew is efficient and they left the site clean. They even took away the built-ins that I wanted to have removed for us too. The price was good - the first time they came we already had the room waterproofed by another company that didn't even work, they answered all my questions and gave good advice about how to insulate the rooms to also help keep the water out. Most importantly, they didn't quote me things unless they were necessary - we were desperate and if he had told me we needed window wells, we would have done it. However Slava told me that the windows were above ground and the internal waterproofing would catch the water and only to do it if we are planning to change our landscaping. We would definitely call the company again if needed. Highly recommended!

    Waterproofing basement and sump pump

    We were very impressed with the service we got from Canada Waterproofers. We've had problems with a damp basement for years, which has become more urgent with recent heavy rains. Carl assessed the situation, recommended a combination of exterior and interior weeping tile with a sump pump. Job was completed quickly by a team of 5 workers. Some dampness reappeared in a corner at end of weeping tile line, and the company returned promptly to dig around a difficult corner, under a deck. Problem resolved, no extra cost. Very hard-working and pleasant employees. Carl went the extra mile for us, as did his team. We highly recommend this company.

    Clog and leak repair

    My kitchen sink got clogged and leaked. I tried to snake it but did not get success. Boris from Canada Waterproofers was the most technologically advanced plumber that I've used. He was very responsive to phone and text in a very timely matter. Even provided a quote via pictures and video that helped expedite hiring. He repaired my leak and removed clog for a price that I would say was more reasonable than other companies quotes for plumbing services. Thumbs up!

    Plumbing work

    Call this company for any plumbing needs. Worst case, free estimate... best case, great deal on plumbing and a hardworking, dedicated, and honest plumber taking care of your needs and giving honest advice and feedback. Boris came to our home and the work he performed was excellent. He was upfront about price and completed the work (in our case a replacement laundry faucet, valves replacement, toilet reinstall) expediently. Again, please at least call for an estimate. You will NOT be disappointed!

    Resealed buthtub drain

    Great first experience with Canada Waterproofers. Boris arrived promptly and solved my issue effectively. He is also very knowledgeable about his craft and explained the process in detail. I will be hiring him again for future projects!

    Foundation Crack Repair - Super Customer Service!

    Carl was great giving an estimate my foundation crack repair. The guys came on site on Saturday morning when I wasn't around. They started fixing a different crack! When I came back, it was too late to stop. I told them I wasn't responsible for a communication error on their end. Andrew (manager?) called me & was very gentle & he said 'don't worry, we will take care of this one & will come back for the first crack as soon as weather permits". And they did, after the first major snowfall this week, they came today (Saturday) working from 8 am to 8 pm to get the job done! Super polite & customer-oriented people. I can't comment on the technical details of the job, but the solution they provide seems bullet-proof. Canada Waterproofers is a company you would wanna deal with! Great job guys!

    Plumbing

    I had 7 plumbers come to look at my issue and after they saw it, I heard nothing from them (probably bc it wasn't that big a job/inexpensive/not worth their time). Boris replied to my desperate request for an honest and professional opinion , responded quickly and did not overcharge me! Canada Waterproofers is now at the top top top of my list for ALL home repairs!! Don't waste your time calling anyone else. (Believe me!) Boris and Canada Waterproofers are one-stop shop!

    Water Proofing and back flow water valve installation

    My friends recommended this company to me and I researched five companies for quotes. I'm very happy with my choice selecting Canada Waterproofers to fix water proof my home. I'm taking the time to write this review because it is hard to find good workers who care about the work they do and care about the customer. Canada Waterproofers are very hard workers, kept my area clean every day and my interactions with them have been just excellent. They are very good at what they do, the water Proofing job was so well done and so neat too. I live in a 1960's home with cinder block foundation and I had water coming in and this company put my mind at ease and took care of the problem. I also got a back flow water valve install because of the government rebate and this company took care of the permits and filling out the paperwork for my rebate. Slava and his crew were awesome and very experienced.You don't need to hire anyone else. I highly recommend them because it's hard to find honest workers. Trust me I have had my experiences which is why this company deserves to be recognized for the excellent job they did at my house.

    Exterior Waterproofing (One Wall) + Sump Pump

    I was really impressed with all aspects of Canada Waterproofers. We received a very competitive quote from Carl, who came by and assessed our situation and didn't try to upsell. Once we booked our date, it had to be pushed back - not Canada Waterproofers' fault, the city was backlogged and didn't come by to do the locates in time. Canada Waterproofers gave me a heads up in advance, and called me every day following that to give me an update on their efforts with the city. Once the locates were done, the workers came out pretty much right away. They did a great job - they worked incredibly hard to get the job done in one day, working until after dark and leaving the place clean. A couple of weeks later we received our sump pump rebate forms in the mail from Canada Waterproofers. They had filled them out for us except for signature - all we had to do is sign and send off to the city. This is a great, professional company.
