    Installing kitchen and bathroom fans

    In my absence, two fans were installed in a very timely manner. The electrician had to get the key from the neighbor and drop it off there. He was in touch with me prior to his arrival and on completion of the work. The office was efficient in taking care of the estimate to begin with and the payment receipt upon completion.

    One of the best professional companies I have worked with!!

    I really appreciate the updates I got throught out the whole process. They have made my job a lot easier on getting things done. One of the most professionals companies I had to deal with!!

    Electrician

    I was very pleased to get an introduction to my technician by text when he was on his way. Classy gesture and much appreciated. Dan was here at 2:00 pm on the dot! The problem was discovered and promptly corrected. Dan informed me what he was doing and he was extremely courteous and efficient.

    Promp, efficient and finished.

    Easy and timely electronic communication. Outstanding and quick work. Job extremely well done. Replaced the ballast in a basement flourescent light fixture. Very pleasant, helpful and fast worker. Once I submitted the work order on line, everything went smoothly with no glitches. Really happy and will definitely use Proline and the technician again. Have now had a second call from The same technician and he installed a new fixture on the stairway. Perfect job again!

    Small rewiring job

    Had a large appliance that needed an outlet/plug rewiring. Called Proline and had a technician out that day. I have been using Proline now for the past few years. Exceptional customer service!!

    Great Service!

    I would highly reccomend Proline Electric Same day service was great & Eric really knows his stuff and got to the root of the problem. Thank you again & we will definately reccomend Proline

    Emergency Call

    We had a problem with an outlet heating up - They were able to get us booked in right away. The text message detailing who was coming to the house with a photo was a very professional touch. They were on time, provided the best customer service we've ever had! Fixed the issue in 20 minutes and kept us in the loop about exactly what the problems were! Extremely reasonable rates. Highly Recommend you contact them for all your electrical needs.

    Basement development

    The men at Proline Electric have been great throughout my basement development project. Come to think of it, the women have been wonderful to work with as well. My project has been ongoing for over 6 months and they been rock solid all the way through. Only a couple of weeks to go and my family and I will be enjoying our basement to the fullest extent possible. Appreciative homeowner: Norm Gagnon

    aluminium pig tail change out

    Outlets needed to be changed out, decided to re-work all electrical to copper pig-tailing. Brady was early, Dan wasn't far behind, installation went great. They were really neat during the install, and they even accommodated a last minute change for me (installed an L.E.D. dimmer for my kitchen pot lights). Greatly satisfied, will definitely recommend to friends and neighbours.

    Dan Heine's Two Visits to 9910 - 115 Street, Edmonton

    I was extremely pleased with Dan Heine's work. He was most knowledgeable and extremely talented. He was personable and explained things to me very clearly. I would recomend Dan personally. I would recond Proline as a company.
