    Electrical Fix

    Electrical problem arose during renovation. Service outage affected the tenants business in the building and I needed the matter to be addressed quickly. Called five local electrical businesses and only one answered their phone. My call was met by a courteous person, who obtained all the details of what was required. An electrician was dispatched and was on-site in short order. The issue was resolved and the invoice I received was reasonable. I was not overcharged. Very pleased with the company from start to finish.

    Thermostat and dimmer switch replacement

    Just a super nice guy Eric , small job for him but he sure provided a great service. He was on time and just took care of things in no time at all. .

    Bathroom

    Tired of the old electical light shorting out and replacing bulbs that were getting harder to find above the bathtub. They were here and gone in under an hour! Replaced with a much newer potlight and added another in the roof so the bathroom is wonderfully lit. No mess. So polite. We knew we loved this company as they had added potlights like this in our Living Room , hallways and kitchen last year. An older house looks so much newer when properly lit!

    Repair and Troubleshooting

    We have been experiencing occasional light dimming and short bulb lifespan for a while, as well as a mis-wired 4 way switch since we bought the house. I was reluctant to call an electrician, based on previous negative experience and high cost with another company. I selected Proline based on their reviews and proximity, hoping for the best. From initial booking, to the call before the electrician arrived in uniform, to the email notification with the electrician's picture, Proline was extremely customer focused and very professional. Dan arrived on time and began a thorough review of the issues. He quickly found a problem with the panel ground wire attachment to the waterline and went over the issue with me. He cleaned and re-attached the ground cable with the proper fitting, and then quickly found the wiring issue with the 4 way switch. After a quick rewire and thorough test, all problems were corrected - it couldn't have been better. My only regret is in waiting so long to call Proline... I fully recommend Proline Electrical and will call them exclusively for all future electrical work.

    Prompt, Polite and proficient

    This is the third time I've hired Proline Electric to change out and replace fixtures for myself or clients. I have been extremely pleased with the notification service letting me know they are on their way. I don't even bother with the estimate as I know I will be charged a fair price for the services provided. They are always on time, extremely nice to talk to and they get the work done in a timely manner.

    Awesome service

    We had our electric upgraded and Proline techs were totally awesome. Kept us updated on their progress and changes that need to be made to the service they were providing. We'll be contacting Proline for all future electrical needs.

    Garage & Exterior Lighting

    Called Dan & Team for some serious help on a Cabin that was built in the 70's. Everything was backwards & upside down. It was a lengthy project with severals trips back and forth! They completed all the requested work within budget. Both the service and updates were exceptional. We've used Proline Multiple times and will most definitely call them again. Highly Recommend!

    Excellent

    I just bought a new condo and wanted to replace all the light fixtures with moderns ones. The electrician was friendly, polite, and installed all the lights beautifully. I even had an issue where I couldn’t get the 2-prong lightbulbs in the fixtures properly, but he did them all for me which was so nice. I’ll call them back when I install a new ceiling fan.

    Light Upgrade to LEDs pot lights & Bathroom Ventilation Install

    Proline electric was extremely professional and knowledgeable when upgrading our out of date lighting (1970) and wiring to new LED potlights throughout our main floor. Including adding lighting to our living room which like all typical 70's homes did not have any existing ceiling lights. The difference in lighting is impressive and gives the house a modern look. They easily dealt with the challenges of our low attic clearance (less then 1 feet in some areas) and loose fill insulation.

    Added new circuits inside and outside, replaced receptacles and switches.

    The experience with Eric and his helper was very positive, that is, very pleasant to deal with as well as excellent work. Explained the work that was needed and did exactly that quickly, efficiently and clearly showed pride in their work.
