    Light not working in the kitchen

    I had a light in my kitchen that was not working. Eric, my technician was professional, courteous and personable. He explained my up front costs before he started and then diagnosed my issue.

    Electrical

    From start to finish this was a great company to deal with - easy, fast and reliable. And the service my technician, Eric, provided was great and thorough. Reasonable rate, too. Would definitely use this service again.

    Great service

    I had a power outage in two bedrooms. The technician showed up on time, did an immediate diagnosis and fixed the problem in minutes. It turned out to be a loose wire in an outlet that fed power to both bedrooms. Simple fix once you know the problem but I'll give the electrician credit for knowing what to do immediately. I was happy to see it was a simple fix.

    Foyer light replacement (18 ft ceiling)

    Our technician, Ron was wonderful, very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will recommend his work to anyone who asks as I was very pleased with the results and will certainly use Proline’s services in the future!

    Upgrading light switches, installing add’l outlets

    Service tech was prompt and friendly. Work was done very professionally. Technician explained in detail what he did, work completed matched estimate. Payment process was simple and quick. Great job!

    Electrical problem Resolved

    Dan from Pro-Line was on time and friendly, quickly resolved our electrical problem and at the same time fixed my improper wiring. Communication with pro-line office was excellent, keep you up to date closely. If one thing that can be improved is the credit card number in the invoice shouldn't be included when sending through email for security reason. Thank you.

    Dimmer switches

    I always call pro line for my electrical needs this particular time I had a dimmer switch that was making a sizzling sound sometimes when turning on/off. They said they were booking 2 weeks ahead but when i expressed my concern about the issue they fit me in the same day talk about excellent service. Eric the technician came out who has been to my house before a very competent man and rectified the problem. That evening I discovered the same problem on another dimmer switch and called the following morning.Again they fit me in in their busy day and Eric came by later that day and fixed the problem. I fully recommend pro line for any electrical needs a great company all around .

    Light Fixture Replacement

    Heavy light fixture - high ceiling - a job for a professional! Eric arrived early, after calling to confirm this was OK, removed my old fixture and installed my heavy new fixture quickly and efficiently. He was extremely helpful and courteous - and before leaving he made sure the new fixture was clean and free of fingerprints from the install! Highly recommend Proline Electric.

    Wonderful Company

    Put potlights and dimmer switches into the basement area as well as new outlets as requested. Looks amazing, no more dark corners! Very polite, very clean and followed all the Covid regulations. Second time in our home, they did the upstairs as well. The older home looks good in all the "new light".

    Great Work

    I needed a light switch replaced and a fixture issue. The company said a tech would be over after noon sometime the next day. The tech called and then showed up at 12:15. Fixed the light switch in about 10 minutes and analyzed the fixture issue in moments. Turns out it was an issue I can fix myself quite easily. I really liked how the tech advised how to fix the issue and did not start quoting me prices to do it for me. Really great work.
