    Home office

    From the first phone call to obtaining the quote; I was impressed with the company's professionalism and friendliness. Prior to the site visit I received a text message as to who I can expect along with a photo and the precautionary measures that they were taking with Covid. I received the quote several hours later with details of project including a breakdown of material and hours.

    Basement Electrical

    Quick to respond, fantastic service, quality work and great people. We moved into a new home recently, Proline added a few extra plug-ins for us post possession. We appreciated their friendly approach from the beginning and continued on to contract them for our unfinished basement. Very happy with the company, and the people we've encountered. Thanks to Jolee, Dan, Eric, and those whose names we've forgotten! Great work, highly recommended locally owned company.

    Install bathroom fan

    This call was to provide information and a cost to install customer supplied bathroom fan.. Cost estimate received and work scheduled for January 7,2021. Representative was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Technician arrived on time January 7 and proceeded to install fan. Work was completed efficiently and clean up so no mess left behind. New fan appears to be functioning well.

    Extremely happy with the service and work ethic

    The two men that were at my sons property were very knowledgeable and accommodating to do the work required so the Servpro Contractor could do the fire and smoke abatement treatment and cleaning before Christmas. We were exceptionally pleased with their overall kindness and professionalism. Thank You Dianne White

    Light fixture installation

    Very professional, courteous and efficient service. It’s always a positive experience when I need electrical service. Highly recommend this company. Work was completed in a timely manner and did a great job of clean up.

    Replacing bathroom lights

    These guys are awesome! Imagine the Edmonton Oilers on the ice; these guys are the opposite of that! They show up prepared and did a phenomenal job for a great price. We had lights to replace in two separate bathrooms. I was worried because we had consulted another electrician company in the city and they gave us a very high quote and said the job would be extremely difficult. We contacted Proline and they came in right away and did a free consult. They figured out a plan of action and gave us a quote right on the spot. Within the week, I booked them to come in and replace our lights. Everything went off without a hitch. Exactly what you want when you hire a professional. Can't say enough good things about this place.

    Lights not workin

    It's usually difficult to get companies to come in to do small repairs, but Proline came no problem. I had a few LED lights that were not working in my kitchen. Ron came in and took apart the pendulum light and got it working again! Then he went up in the attic to figure out why the recessed lights weren't working. He sorted out the transformers and even labelled all of them. All the lights are working now. Ron was professional and knowledgeable.

    Underground electrical line break

    Power went out in half our house on a long weekend, called Proline and they recommended we call Fortis as if it was an issue outside the house Fortis would come and do a temporary fix for free. They did and then we had Proline come back to do the underground splice once the break was found. Such great service, lower quote than another company by almost $1000. Super fast, responsive and great work. Went above and beyond! The electricians back filled the hole while waiting for Fortis to turn the power back on. Highly recommend Proline and will definitely use them again.

    Electric panel labelling

    The electrician arrived with a student. They were on time, and we got notification beforehand of when they were leaving. Both were friendly and polite. The job took a bit longer than initially thought because of an issue with the old set up but there was no impatience or hurrying on their part. The company was recommended to us and we are happy we went with them.

    Repair electrical wire and install recessed light.

    On time, professional and friendly. We were in a crunch to get the work completed ASAP. Proline delivered as promised and the quality was exceptional. We would recommend proline to anyone requiring electric work.
