    Outdoor lights

    I’ve had Proline out numerous times before always top notch service. This time Dan came out to install new outside light fixtures a total of 4. As he was doing the work he noticed one was broken so he pointed that out to us we called the point of purchase to see if it could be exchanged . They said yes and that meant a trip from St Albert to Edmonton and return . Dan offered to return later in the day when we had the exchange done to finish the job all we had to do was text when we were back home with the new fixture . Once home we texted he came back stellar service would recommend Proline to anyone needing electrical work

    bathroom fans

    ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR FANS IN THE BATHROOMS STARTING TO SQUEAL AND JAM/STOP QUOTE WAS FAST AND REASONABLE - WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED ON TIME - GOOD WORK NO MESS - TECH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TIDY WORKER

    Residential Service Call

    I had 2 non-functioning electrical outlets on the balcony of my condo. The Proline servicemen arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and courteous. The service fee was reasonable. I would definitely call Proline again.

    Hot tub wiring installation and breaker panel work

    Dan from Proline was great to deal with. Very polite and walked through all of the requirements with me for my project. There was also some rescheduling I needed due to delays with the hot tub delivery, but Proline was very flexible and accommodating. I have no problem recommending them for any residential work.

    Relocating exterior deck lights

    From receiving the estimate to the completed work this company was so professional in its service. Dan is very friendly and meticulous. The use of technology to receive and accept the contract was very welcome and then speaking to the receptionist for confirmation of the start date was added proof that this company takes care of its clients.

    Basement Renovation

    Have a basement renovation in an old 1947 post war house. The Proline group gave a quote, worked around the limitations of the layout, had some great suggestions. They were prompt and their office very responsive to questions and well organized. Would definitely hire them again.

    Basement Lighting

    Heard about this company through a referral and everything from start to finish was excellent. Would not hesitate to call them again!!

    Basement development

    Power and lighting for hobby and storage room in the basement. The electrician, Eric, arrived right on schedule. The scope of work was confirmed, and was completed well within the time given. Everything was well done, and the area was cleaned before he left. Proline provides exceptional service.

    Bathroom fan and light

    I’ve had Proline out a few times for residential things they are very good true professionals .I needed a bathroom fan and light switch changed and Eric was top notch doing the work answering all my questions

    plugs not working, multiple light switch outs

    the kindness and tolerance of the tech that visited here for multiple issues was astounding - i am so very grateful and will never choose any company other than proline - professional, i hope for, but the pure going all out to solve oh so many issues with such persistent gentle "i'll fix that for you" sort of blew me away. multiple issues, solved, in record time - clean, fixed, done, i am still a little taken aback. impressed is an understatement...grateful is a lame word for it right now, but all i have. i need better vocabulary for this experience.
