We have been using ( Rovimat Construction ) for past 6 Years to do additions removing Walls Flooring plumbing ,electrical ,basically everything that requires in renovation ,they have an excellent team of each trade that specializes to get the job done right and professionally. We were looking for a reliable and an experienced renovator to upgrade our bathrooms in the condominium. We were recommended Rovimat through our designers to complete the total renovation of the two bathrooms. Although we were anxious about our first big renovation, Rolando and Vitor guided us through every step of the process & put us at ease with their knowledge. They were understanding & responsive to our needs, easy to contact and provided expert & practical advice. They were very punctual, costs were clearly laid out and deadlines were met. Rovimat (Rolando & Vitor) came recommended by friends. We inspected their work there and at another big job. Both couples were very pleased with the job and the professional work ethic. We engaged them to do a total gut job of our semi. They did everything over a 9 month period. We are totally delighted with the result which definitely is magazine standard. At all stages of the build they were informative and helpful. The work is done to a high standard and well managed. Never did the house look like a bomb site and all the trades were professional and friendly. We were informed of all difficulties and they helped us overcome them. They were on time and on budget. When we buy another place and need to do some work I will be calling them again. We highly recommend Roviamat.

Rolando and Vitor from Rovimat™ renovated our Bloor West Village home in the fall of 2012 and early 2013. The reno was a large, complicated job involving the gutting of the back of our house, digging out an extension to the basement and creating a whole new main floor space including an updated kitchen. The new space we have gained on the main floor and in the basement has been wonderful. We have bright windows and skylights at the back of our house with a great sitting room totally opened up to a great kitchen with an amazing 4' by 8' foot marble topped island! While Rovimat was completing the main floor we lived in our basement. Then we moved into the new main floor and they completed the basement. The job was complicated because of additional supports needed to replace walls. Vitor and Rolando were amazing to work with and completed the entire job very quickly, on time and on budget. Throughout the job, they consulted with every step along the way making great suggestions but skillfully leaving the final decisions to us. Rovimat also did an excellent job in finding and managing all the sub-contractors so that all aspects of the reno went very smoothly. They completed the job fully and have been available at short notice and no extra cost ever since for any small touch-ups etc that have been needed. We would not hesitate in recommending Rovimat as a good knowledgeable, reputable and dependable contractor! We feel very lucky to have found them.

When we bought our first house last year we knew we needed a contractor to do quite a bit of work, including basement, kitchen and bathroom renovations. We had no idea where to start looking for a good, reliable contractor. We had heard countless number of horror stories and were quite nervous in entrusting our family home to just anyone. ROVIMAT was recommended by a friend with glowing reviews. We can't say enough good things about ROVIMAT. They deliver as promised and within budget. They completely stand behind their work product and are quick to follow up. The workmanship is top notch. Not only are they good contractors, they also have some decent design ideas. They also have a huge network of subcontractors to choose from, which means that your job will not be delayed. Most important us, we were in the house within a few days of the agreed project completion date. Bottom line is that we trust these guys. They're genuinely nice people who take pride in their work and will look after you.

Very reliable contractor! The work of gutting and renovating our master bathroom, including completely new lighting, plumbing, was done with efficiency and attention to detail. ROVIMAT can be trusted to do all the items in the written contract within the allotted time in a very professional way. The job site was always left clean and the workers were always very polite. We are very happy with the master bathroom, looks beautiful. We recommend this company very highly.

They were great! We hired ROVIMAT for a major renovation of our main floor, including removal of a retaining wall to open up the kitchen and family room, replacing the fireplace, brand new kitchen, laundry room, powder room, floors, trims, brand new electrical and plumbing, they were amazing all the way to the finishing touches. The work was done with efficiency and attention to detail, they also had great input for design decisions. We were incredibly happy with the quality of products and workmanship, and it was really great to work with them. They are patient and great at communicating, we always knew what to expect. I have nothing but rave reviews for them and the work they have done. Anyone, who gets the opportunity to work with them, will be very happy! We highly recommend ROVIMAT.
