New Roof
Moved into our new house on Oct 29, 2016. Roof was initially built in 2001. On day 1 of our possession the bedroom window upstairs started taking on water and we were forced to deal with the unplanned and unexpected expense of redoing the roof. David was extremely professional and timely coming to house and explaining what the issues were and what he could do to fix them. accurately quoting what it would cost for the job and saving me money where he could. David and his team did an amazing job finishing the roof 1 and 1/2 days later, it looks great and the yard and drive way were left spotless:) I would strongly recommend David & Landmark Roofing to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof.

Cedar Conversion & Built-In Gutters
Our 21yo cedar shake roof was already looking pretty tired, but after two ugly wind storms and a 45’ pine tree falling onto the house, it was time for a refresh. We had contacted a few roofing companies to bid on this job, but in the end, only David from Landmark left us feeling that we would honestly get what we were paying for in the end. Initially, we were going with the Landmark Pro from Certainteed, but after some consultation with David, we decided that we would go with the newer Certainteed “Northgate” SBS Modified shingle system in Moire Black. Besides a roof, we also needed the entire built-in gutter system replaced as it was in very rough shape, as well as not even being installed properly when the home was built. Clogging, ponding and overflow was common. This also caused rotting of our outer fascia trim as well as some rot to our sub-fascia. A bit of extra work, but no problem for Landmark. David had all the new 2x10 primed fascia delivered in advance, and we painted it ourselves to save some labour cost. Bad weather caused delays in starting the project, but once we felt we had a run of a few days of good weather, David’s crew showed up promptly and got right to work. The forecast kept changing but the crew made sure that everything was buttoned up every day in case of any overnight rain, and we experienced no problems. Start to finish, re-roof, complete gutter system, skylights, matching black metal trim, venting, sub-fascia rot repair and all 400’ of outer fascia replaced, the installation took 5 days, as was expected. Can’t say enough about the crew of Rob, Jake & Jeff. Completely professional and detail oriented. Our house looks fantastic. I would definitely have no problem recommending Landmark Roofing to anyone and we even have a couple people coming to see what a professionally installed roof looks like. Re-roof from Cedar to Asphalt Shingles
We had our Cedar shingle roof replaced by David’s team with CertainTeed Landmark TL asphalt shingles. From the beginning to the end, David was very professional and prompt. His team worked tirelessly and continuously for 5 days to complete this project. Prior to this project, we were worried that this work would be dragged out for weeks. However, David came through with all of his promises. At the end of each work day, David’s crew did a fantastic job cleaning up. Thank you Rob, Jake, and Jeff for your hard work. We love your workmanship and tidiness. We highly recommend Landmark Roofing.

Rockin' Roof
When it came time to replace our roof, I searched the internet and asked neighbours for recommendations. After much research, I decided on Landmark Roofing and am absolutely thrilled with the results! The roof looks amazing, despite their quote being the lowest; the crew was respectful, efficient, and cleaned the site after each work day. The owner, David Leite, is very knowledgeable and came to visit us personally to discuss options and again upon completion of the project. I'm impressed with the professionalism of Landmark Roofing and would not hesitate in the least to recommend them.

Skylights
I contacted David and he was able to schedule his team to replace 3 skylights in a few days time. We are very happy with the quick service and the new skylights. They are a tremendous improvement over the old bubble ones.

Outstanding work by Landmark.
I contacted Landmark Roofing in the fall to get a quote to replace my cedar shake roof with shingles. David came by with a professional booklet outlining all the details of his company and the process for replacing my roof. We decided to wait until spring to save for the project. During the winter we had a tree puncture the membrane on our roof causing water to flood into our kitchen. I called David in distress and he came to our home and patched the hole in our roof. He was fixing it until midnight, in the dark and pouring rain. Great customer service!! We hired his company, of course, to do the replacement and they didn't disappoint. The workers arrived promptly at 7am and worked solid until 7 at night. I have small children and was worried about debris and nails left in the yard, but they took care of this need as well. There was one worker, Jeff, who spent the entire day doing clean up and removal. Each night the yard was completely clear of debris such that my family could be outside without concern. It's been 2 weeks since my roof went up and I've only found 1 stray nail. Impressive. Rob and Jake were machines during the install working well as a team. They were all very professional and didn't disturb the neighbourhood with music or foul language. My neighbors have commented on how great our new roof looks. Outstanding job fellas. Thank you.

Replace Durwood roof
Had the opportunity to watch landmark replace roof on neighbours home. Decided to get quote from landmark. In researching the company, read the reviews on homestars. Couldn't believe all the positive reviews. Talked with David Leite, very impressed and decided to go ahead. Outstanding job! Crew arrived on time, comp.leted the job on time, all work as promised. Dedicated, hard working team completed the roof in one day. David has a sharp eye for detail and missed nothing. All work to our complete satisfaction, I have no problem in giving this company the very highest of recommendations.

Re-roofing project
David from Landmark was great and easy to deal with. His team is very hardworking. My old roof was replaced with new one in 2 days. Took his suggestion regarding the vents and it made perfect sense. Had received 5 estimates and the quotes from all parties were within hundreds of dollars, not thousands, so pricing was not even a deciding factor. Roofing is a very competitive market. Only time will tell if the workmanship will hold up. I am very confident it will. Even though Landmark is based in Langley and I live in Vancouver, I am not concerned at all if i run into problems. I have faith David will take care of his customers. Before work was started, i had several small requests and David met them without hesitation and kept his initial quote. I wish Landmark replace windows and landscape. ;D
