    New Roof

    Hired Dave from Landmark Roofing in Langley for the installation of our new roof and are very pleased with the results. The installation crew was professional and experienced even under challenging conditions and would recommend Landmark to anyone considering a new roof.

    New Roof

    Landmark Roofing is such a fantastic company! They have amazing customer service, are extremely attentive to detail and always kept the site clean and professional looking. And on top of all of that, they have a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable crew and owner to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof! Thanks guys, it looks great!

    Re-roofing in Snowmageddon

    With so many roofing companies available how do you make the right choice? I skipped over the just incorporated businesses and those with BBB complaints whether they were all resolved or not. Let’s face it if you have to turn to BBB for resolution you probably chose the wrong roofer. The test of a really good roofing company is the materials they use, how well they do the work and how they respond should issues occur. The more a project costs the more I research it and no matter how I evaluated roofing companies Landmark kept coming out on top. Their quote process was very professional and it was clear what options were available and exactly what they cost. I have always gone with cedar shake but David was able to show me some alternatives that look just as rugged and should outlast me. The challenge with working with any company is to find one that does what they say. Our roof was in rough shape and David said we would have our new roof before Christmas and he made it happen between some of the worst snow storms we have experienced in many years. The Landmark crew did a terrific job on our roof. After the installation I had a concern (not leak related) so I called David and he was there in hours, had fixed the issue and followed up later that same day to make sure we felt it was resolved. I don’t think you will be able to find a better firm to work with than Landmark Roofing. From the: - professional quote process - communicating progress - the finished product - no surprises when it comes time to pay - and the after installation service. We don’t get to re-roof very often and it’s not an expense we look forward to but David and his crew at Landmark give you the confidence you made the right choice.

    Re Roof Went Oustandingly Well in Inclimate Weather

    We had a wonderful experience with Landmark Roofing. Dave the owner, and Rob the crew foreman along with his crew, were extraordinarily professional. The whole process was simply without worry, and the finished roof looks absolutely fabulous. The project was reroofing a home with existing thin fiberglass shingles plus roofing some additions to the home. The work included replacing built in gutters, enlarging the drains, and installing new extremely thick fiberglass heavy weight shingles called GAF Glenwood designer shingles. The timing could not have been worse for them ( our fault). Rob and his crew endured minus four degrees weather plus heavy winds plus intermittent snow as they tackled this project. But they showed great fortitude and determination to get this roof done as they knew we had a leaky home situation with the new addition, and they pushed through the bad weather. I had even asked them to install 24 gauge flashings ( due to a specialty color ), large Ridge vents, and specialty unique ridge capping detailing, and they did so without complaint. Their workmanship was impeccable, they did the roof in exactly the timeline we all expected, and the completed roof looks absolutely fabulous. Dave and Rob were a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this wonderful roofing company. True professionals at what they do.

    Bathroom Reno

    During our bathroom renovations, Dave's team came and installed 2 exhaust vents for us. They were punctual, friendly and completed the job in no time. I was really impressed with the service we received and would definitely recommend Landmark Roofing.

    Replace the roof

    The young man that came out and replace my roof were very knowledgable, informative and kind. They did the roof in a very timely manner and I am 100% pleased with my roof. When my chimney was still leaking and messing up my ceiling David found me a mason that would actually come out and fix it. Thank you gentlemen for a great job . I would recommend this company to anyone. Ok

    New Roof

    We had been having problems with our roof for the last couple of years. It was poor new construction grade and we had enough when another leak started just before Christmas. David sent Rob over right away to discuss a potential repair and other options. We decided to go for a new roof and David showed up the next day with a comprehensive, professional and very competitive quote. He sat with us, went over everything and answers all questions clearly. He brought colour samples of the shingles we chose for us to evaluate in all lighting conditions. He also had Rob do a temp. patch that prevented any immediate leaking. Once we selected the colour they came at the first good weather opportunity and replaced the whole roof in 2 days. They even went over our driveway with a metal detector to ensure there were no nails remaining and promise to return after the snow melt to ensure no debris remains behind. We can't recommend them enough - superior service, quality products and warranties and very professional.

    Awesome!

    Contacted Dave yesterday with a problem of a leak and mould in our attic. He was able to send out Robert within a couple hours to track down the issue. Robert was able to find the issue and get the repairs started and put a temporary fix in place. Was told they would be back in a couple days to get everything fixed up. Robert was awesome and very patient in describing the issue(s) that he found and what need to be done. I will have no problem coming back to Landmark!

    Roof and Skylight Replacement

    David and his team were a pleasure to work with. We recently woke up to a disturbing puddle on the floor and the crew was out to have the hole patched up less than 24 hours later. The entire roof was in rough shape and at the end of it's life span so David prepared a quote immediately including replacing skylights and our special request of adding an additional one -and we were thrilled to have the work begin soon after. The entire experience was very smooth and we appreciated David's professionalism, courtesy, and flexibility. The roof looks great and we are loving the new skylight that David was able to have put into our ensuite bathroom.

    New Construction Roof

    I am very satisfied with Landmark Roofing. I gave David a call last minute to get a quote due to the weather starting to get real bad. He was a pleasure to talk to and explained everything in a very clear and concise method. I got the quote within 2 hrs and the job was started the next morning. The material I was quoted was top notch and exactly what I needed.Furthermore his price was extremely competitive without letting quality suffer. The crew that came out was nothing short of amazing. Even with 1 man gone on vacation the crew was out every morning rain or shine to work on the roof. Even with our particularly difficult roof they never stopped working. The attention to detail was impeccable and the work was done ensuring everyone on site was safe. In all of years of building house I have never seen a roofer actually get off the roof every few minutes to ensure his work was perfect. But these guys were up and down those ladders checking to make sure every ridge was as straight as an arrow. The job was finished on time with time to spare and they left a no trace of them being on site other then a beautiful roof. The site was left very clean at the end of the job. Next time I need a roof on a new house or renovation I will definitely give David and his crew a call again.
