    Residential Roof Repair

    Had a duplex unit replaced with the TPO material. Great customer service by David and his crew as they were very patient with our needs. I would recommend Landmark to anybody who wants to have their roof replaced.

    Roofing and Gutter Repair and Maintenance Issues

    After using the services of 3 roofing companies in the past and being very unsatisfied with poor workmanship and workmen that were not knowledgeable, we were very pleased and relieved to find Dave and his company Landmark Roofing. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very conscientious and clearly take pride in their work. Dave has an easygoing manner and explains issues clearly, is very reliable and maintains an on site presence to insure that the project is done to everyone's satisfaction. Their clean up was superb. We felt that the invoice for the work done was more than reasonable and we would highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing or gutter needs.

    Complete Roof Replacement

    We could not be happier with Landmark Roofing. David Leite visited us for a quote last month. We had 5 roofing companies give us estimates and ultimately chose Landmark due to their customer service and superior product. David came to our house with samples and helped us with choosing the right product and colour. Such great service. We won't be needing a new roof on our house until we retire. But if we move or ever need another roof, we will definitely call Landmark Roofing. We had a minor leak on our old roof and Landmark covered our roof with a tarp giving us peace of mind until the weather finally cooperated and they could start the job. We are extremely satisfied with the result. Rob and Jake (our installers) were professional and friendly, and worked tirelessly against the weather and replaced our roof, fascias, skylight, vents and flashing. We chose the Landmark TL shingles, in the colour Moire Black. They cleaned up every night and made sure there were no nails laying around. They also re-roofed our backyard workshop to match. We also got all our gutters and downspouts replaced with black "Super Crown" gutters by Kymar Gutters. They also did a great job. Afterward, Landmark came back and installed rain channels from the upper roof downspouts to protect our new roof. Our house looks 20 years younger. This site only allowed us to give 10 stars. I'd like to rate them as at least 11 or 12 stars out of 10. :) I highly recommend Landmark Roofing. They have excellent customer service and a superior product.

    Replacement Roof

    David and his team did a excellent job at replacing our worn out asphalt roof. Each day we were updated with their progress and what they hoped to accomplish the following day. As well they left the job site immaculate at the end of each day by taking the time to clean the yard and driveway of any debris. Most importantly of course is the quality of the new roof installation- we are extremely pleased! David and his team were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof.

    Roof and gutter replacement

    We found David's company in our Langley newspaper and phoned him about our leaking roof. He came over immediately to inspect our roof and gave us an estimate the following day. His crew was on the job site within a couple of days and finished in 3 days. I found David to be very professional and am very pleased with the work that they did.

    Built-in Gutter Repair and Maintenence

    After finding David on Homestars I decided to call him for some repairs to the roof. When he came to look at it he was direct and to the point with what needed to be done. The repairs to the built-in gutters could only be done properly when the temperature was right and he insisted that we waited till the weather co-operated. I'm sure other companies would have just gone ahead to get the job done quickly. His crew was quick and clean. I was very comfortable in letting him direct the work and I am very satisfied with his work.

    New Roof

    This is a little delayed but we had David & his team replace our roof on our new home back in August. He team was very professional & polite. They completed the task within 1 day & did not leave any kind of mess behind. David went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly & answered any questions that we had. I would definitely use them again if needed & would recommend the to everyone!!!! James & Andrea (Walnut Grove)

    Small job... for now

    We needed a small job done on our roof after having bathroom vents installed. We were pleased to reach this company as we had not even had the courtesy of a return call from the other roofing companies we called. On the work day we were informed of time of arrival well ahead of time, the two workers completed the job very well and while on the roof noticed a few issues they brought to our attention that may need work in the future. Then the following day we received a follow up call to ensure we were happy with the service. We would not hesitate to recommend Landmark and have no doubt we will call them in the future.

    Roof maintenance

    We contacted Landmark about assessing our roof. David not only promptly returned our inquiry, but assessed our roof and provided a detailed report (he also met with us at our home to review the details). We had to postpone the maintenance work on a few occasions but David was understanding and accommodating. On the day the roof was being worked on, the roofers worked around the nap schedule of our children and were tidy and fast. We recommend Landmark for your roofing needs! It was a pleasure doing business with David.

    Roof replacement

    When Landmark Roofing replaced our roof and skylights a couple of weeks ago they provided excellent and efficient service from beginning to end of the project; from the very detailed and promptly delivered quotation to the professional and courteous way David and his team presented themselves. They met a few challenges when removing the old roof but still remained polite and friendly throughout and did a very efficient clean-up at the end. We would definitely term Landmark Roofing as a superior company providing superior service and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
