    New roof

    We have just got a new roof installed from david and Landmark Roofing. I found out about them from driving home and seeing a project they were working on. The first thing that caught my eye was their vehicles with their company logos on it, It exuded an air of quality and expertise. So i felt i should call them up. Well David came over ,very polite knowledgeable and confident they could do the job in light of upcoming inclement weather. The job was done on time exactly as quoted ,excellent quality ,no hesitation to refer them to anybody. Joe from West Coquitlam

    New Roof Installation from Landmark Rofing

    Landmark Roofing recently installed new roof converting over from cedar. Met with David for price quote , he was very professional explained everything that I wanted to know , he left me alone to decide on the new roof and which company I was going to use no pressure sales . I decided use to David and his crew from Landmark Roofing . I was comfortable on his presentation to all details and pricing . I wanted to use local company if possible and Landmark is a local company. From day one his crew was on time , kept me informed on details such as placement of materials ,clean up and progress. Each day the crew worked extremely hard from start to finish , requiring no extra supervision . Being in management for 29 years I know the value of having employees who work hard . requiring no extra supervision. The project was completed on time and was exactly what I expected . The same house as mine just down the street was recently re roofed and I must say mine looks better account of the details such as new colour matched flashing and vents as recommended by David. I would and will recommend David and his Landmark Roofing Team to anyone I know looking for a good roofing company. Thanks To David and Landmark roofing. Randy Walnut Grove , Langley

    Roof replacement, skylights & gutters

    Great service from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, they were friendly, considerate and cleaned up when they were finished. I Couldn't be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend this company.

    Skylight replacement

    Landmark Roofing was referred to me when my skylight started to leak. Being 25 years old, that is not surprising but the hassle of who to call and where to start was new territory for me. Dave, the owner, came quickly and assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable quote that I was happy with. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous and understood my concerns . I quickly felt he would deal with the situation with his competent crew and I felt relief. His team that worked on my skylight were very respectful, quick and clean and answered all my questions very professionally. There was an added issue of a misjoined area on the inside and not due to the work of his team replacing the skylight. Dave offered, above and beyond, to return and caulk the area so I would have no worries. Amazing! His commitment to customer service is paramount and you do not receive that all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend his company for any roofing jobs.

    New Roof and Skylights

    Our house had a 28-year old cedar shakes roof and was due for a new roof. We got 5 quotes from different companies including Landmark Roofing. Dave's quote was not only competitive but also done in a very professional way with all the details included. He was also very easy to approach and answered all the questions I had. His crews who did the work, Rob and Jake, were both very friendly, easy going and professional. Most importantly, they worked really hard ! They showed up everyday right on time and worked 10+ hours. We are happy with our new roof and can definitely sleep better at night during the Vancouver raining days ! Thanks Dave.

    Supply and install a range hood exhaust accessory on roof level.

    Landmark roofing came out to install roof ventilation for a large range hood we had installed this summer. Foreman Rob was here for the job. He knew his stuff and was quick and tidy. Landmark also upgraded our vent to a better unit for no extra cost when the regular unit wasn't available and made useful suggestions for other improvements we could make. David Leite, the owner, was also patient with all of my questions and really helped me understand my options. I'd highly recommend Landmark Roofing.

    Cedar conversion in New Westmister

    Excellent job, very professional company, no unexpected add ons, quote was detailed and precise with all pertinent documentation included to operate in a safe and legal manor, crew was on time and worked diligently throughout the day with all personnel moving comfortably between all facets of the project, no debris or garbage left behind, followup appointment to ensure everything was completed and acceptable. Roof tear off to completion is a lot of work and this crew hustled all 3 days from start to finish. 3 skylights, additional venting and great product. Owner and employees were honest and trustworthy and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done

    Cedar shingle removal replaced with plywood underlay and ashphalt shingles

    David and the Landmark Roofing crew did an amazing job that was exactly as promised and at the quoted price. From start to finish the service was extremely professional. Everything including scheduled start date and time, delivery of materials, placement and removal of the waste removal bin and additional work repairing the chimney chase was as requested. The experienced, hard working and very polite crew ended each day and the project with a thorough clean-up. There were no surprises, no delays and no complaints from the homeowners or the neighbours.     Roof and attic repair and moss removal

    Landmark Roofing is one of the few companies that I have dealt with who has a true sense of what customer satisfaction means. Dave, the owner understood my main concerns and highlighted various pros and cons of his offer which helped me to make my decision. His team that worked on my roof was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed by Dave's efforts to keep his commitment on time and follow through with his promise. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing job. I am glad that I don't have to ever shop around for another roofing company.

    Re-Roofing

    Excellent affordable service that was provided within a week and completed within two days. Extremely happy with the finished product. Owner took a lot of pride in the service his company provides. Highly recommended!
