Roof Replacement
We were referred to David by a friend who had used his company for their emergency roof replacement. We had recently bought a new home and were advised that the garage roof, and the extension roof had to be replaced immediately and the main roof should be done in the next year or so. David met with me on site on a Sunday morning and we discussed options around what to do with the main roof, extension roof and the garage roof. Later that same day, he returned with the most complete quote I have ever seen. It included samples, information on every part of the roof and a detailed quote broken down clearly and simply. To add complexity to our project, the main and garage roofs are shared with our adjoining neighbour. David worked with both owners without any hassle. In our case, David's price was significantly better than the other quotes we received, and as such we decided, along with our neighbour, to do all the roofs at once. He arrived on site each day in the morning to coordinate the work with his teams, and came back regularly during the day to ensure that all the work was being completed to his satisfaction. He also worked with our contractor to install some additional vents which we found were missing. (bathroom and dryer were venting into attic) The main roof was completed in 2 days, and the garage roof was 90% completed in the same time. Due to rain, the gutters and flashing on the garage couldn't be done for a couple of days, but as soon as the weather cleared, the teams came in and completed all the work. David went above and beyond by even coming out personally on a weekend to install the leaf guards. He was always professional, courteous and helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

Roofing
I found Dave and his crew to be great. They were punctual and professional. They kept the area free from debris while they were working and ensured the site was clean and packed up prior to them leaving for the day. They job was done on time. Dave was at the job site daily to ensure that things were going smoothly. I have never encountered this with other contractors and found it very reassuring. I would recommend (and have) this company to anyone interested in getting a new roof.

New Roof
David & his team provided excellent service, from meeting with me, bringing shingle samples to getting the roof organized and finished within 48 hours. I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing to anyone! An added touch was the profession spiral binder detailing the different product lines, warranty, WCB insurance coverage...provide at the first visit before I even committed to Landmark. Well done!!

Roof Replacement
Our heartfelt thanks for such a marvelous, dedicated, and professional crew who replaced our roof this fall. The crew was careful, respectful of our plants and yard during this installation. Our rancher home had a cedar shake roof that was 24 years old. It was needing repair as do many roofs of that era. We chose the slate grey DaVinci Belleforte slate roof, and we have been extremely pleased with the aesthetic beauty of this roof. We are in agreement with David, that this roof will appreciate the value of our house. We have no intentions on selling our home, however, our 50 year roof will never give us a problem again. It gives us peace of mind to know that this slate roof will more than stand up to the annual rainfall we receive here in the lower mainland. We appreciate the attentive and professional workmanship of the Landmark Roofing team. We highly recommend David’s team to anyone who is thinking of replacing their roof.

Roof maintenance
My wife Debbie and I were about to leave for a two week vacation just prior to Christmas 2014. We had just done some painting with Trendz painting (who were excellent) and were using a second bathroom until we could go back to using the ensuite. It was this chance opportunity that my wife noticed from the bathroom window that the plastic roof vent on the half roof over the garage had a crack in to top. Coincidentally I had made contact with David from Landmark Roofing the previous week thru LinkedIn and I request he evaluate our ten year old roof. Within 24 hours we had a full written report with pictures for our roof. At the same time we were already in Toronto on our way South. Last minute while in the TO airport I asked he complete the work and catch up with me when I got home. I had no idea the work would be completed or not since I was off line for two full weeks. Upon arrival home from our vacation the work was done. David replaced all the vents, at our request, and did some other minor maintenance of the roof structure. Now we are good to go for 8-10 years or more. What I liked best was the quote was reasonable, the cost was the same as the quote and it was done on blind faith I would pay upon my return. I did not have to ask a second time and I felt like I was valued. I wish all my purchases were this smooth and problem free. Thanks David!

Broken vent and roof tiles
Dave done good job replacing my broken air vent and the same time replaced broken concrete roof tiles(about 15), job was done quick and proffesional and I was pleased with his work and him as a person very polite and honest, good job Dave

Replaced chimney cap, roof maintenance and repaired balcony/deck
Water was coming into the family room through its ceiling. I was looking for help and guys from Sutton Seafair Realty immediately recommended David of Landmark Roofing Ltd. to me. I gave David a call and that was how everything started. David and his guys are very professional and they are very patient as well. They walked me through every steps and explained thoroughly on how things should have done and what needed to do. Now, the water problem is fixed and everything looks new again. I am very satisfied with the services that Landmark Roofing has provided, especially, David. If I do encounter problems related to roofing in the future, I sure would go back to Landmark Roofing again.

Gutters
David was very polite and easy to work with his crew showed up very promptly within agreeing to contract and job was done efficiently and timely would definitely use them again

New Low Slope Roof Installation
Wonderful crew, very professional, clean, respectful and friendly. David prompt, always followed up at the end of the day, made sure we were happy with progress, crew, product, etc. Highly recommend this company. Job complete in three days which included removal of original tar and gravel roof, very impressed

New roof
We got 3 different quotes for a new roof and Landmark Roofing was the obvious choice. Not only was their price fair but we learned that they use good quality material and guarantee their work. The crew were very hard working, courteous and respectful and cleaned up very well after the job. David, the owner came by several times just to make sure everything was running smoothly and kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable roofers.
