I have not always had much luck with contractors, and now I was dreading this roofing project that had to be done. I had contacted six different roofing companies and immediately knew Dave was the man for the job. He was on time, courteous, explained the project thoroughly with photos (so I could understand) and his price was reasonable. He also followed up several times while I was deciding who could take on this job, which is what a great sales person would do. Dave is a professional and I would highly recommend him and his team. The job was challenging because I had four domes on my roof which were not installed properly from the previous roofers, and was leaking and deteriorating at the seams. The job required skill and Dave's team certainly performed. The other companies either would not take on the challenge or did not show up/call back, or were highly overpriced with incorrect solutions. The roof looks fantastic and I feel confident that his work will last for years to come. It is so refreshing to deal with a contractor who is honest and takes care of his customers. Do not waste your time shopping around, go with Dave at Landmark. Trust me you will be extremely satisfied, and much less stress involved!

We retained David's services to replace our old cedar shake roof and built-in gutters. The cedar roofing had run it's course and before the roof started to leak we decided to begin the process of having quotes and look at different products. David was very helpful in guiding us through the process and we ultimately decided to move forward with Landmark roofing and EnviroShake for the roof. From start to finish the roofing went seamlessly. The men were courteous of our property and worked very hard to complete the roof before the rainy season began once again. It was a pleasure to deal with such a company and we will be sure to pass Landmark on to whomever needs roofing work in the future.

Once We signed the contract to have our roof redone we hoped for the best. David and his crew delivered on their promises. The quote was well prepared and ticked off our boxes. Shortly after moving into our new home, we contacted Landmark about doing some maintenance on the structure’s 10 year old roof - moss treatment, replacing damaged shingles and faschia board, gutter cleaning, and the installation of a new ridge-vent and water diverters. David was very personable and knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help and deliver good value. He and his team delivered on all fronts and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Landmark was very prompt and professional. Took the old roof off one day and got most of the new stuff on the next day. Finished on day 3. clean up was good. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our industrial flat roof started leaking after being completely replace just over a year prior. I asked David of Landmark Roofing if they could take a look at it. I was very impressed how efficient and professional David was. He was very prompt to diagnose and repair the incorrectly installed drain. They completed the job quickly. I appointed Landmark Roofing to carry out cleaning and repair services to our roof and gutters and to replace our down sprouts as we had decided to repaint our house and needed new down sprouts to match the new colour of the house. I was impressed with the quality of the work carried out by David as he did a very thorough cleaning job and repairs of the gutters at a reasonable price. In addition, we are very happy with his service as he promptly responded to our request when we had problems with a part of the roof. I would certainly recommend Landmark Roofing and will use their services in future.

I contacted David owner of the Landmark Roofing Company after I noticed leak around the skylight. David's estimate was very reasonable, he explained what was the problem showing good knowledge and experience in the field of his business. Repair was done fast with professional manner.
