    Roof re-shingled

    After seeing Landmark Roofing re-shingle our neighbours roofs, we decided to do ours. We called and the owner,David got back to us promptly. . We had a quote the following day in the form of a book beautifully put together. I had a few concerns with the colour but David was able to explain exactly what I needed to know. The crew arrived on time .They were very organized, polite , and answered any questions we had. Their cleanup was amazing . As we are getting siding as well , they were able to do what the other company requested with no hesitation. We were very pleased they finished in a day!     Roof repair and shingle Replacement

    Our experience with Landmark Roofing Ltd. was positive from the moment we met Dave and his crew. They worked efficiently as soon as they arrived and had everything completed quicker than expected. In addition, they identified and repaired unforeseen problems with our roof at minimal additional cost. I would recommend them to anyone considering roof replacement or repair.     Professional company

    Dave came recommended through a friend. He is professional and at the first meeting, he was patient and showed keen interest in answering all my questions, and explaining terminology to me. His crew was excellent - showed up on time, and worked efficiently, and completed the job a day earlier than anticipated. I was impressed that they went beyond their responsiblity and replaced a broken elbow in one of the rainpipes, without me asking them. It was evident that his crew liked their job. There was a camaderie amongst them.

    Roof Replacement

    Thank you David and the Landmark Crew! This company exceeded our expectations. They are professional, hard working, and extremely polite. From demo day where they carefully prepped the area to protect plants and windows to completion, these guys showed up on time and worked hard every day, making sure at the end of each day time was set aside to clean up debris and nails from the yard. There have been many compliments from neighbors on our new roof and also on Landmarks' work ethic, it was definitely observed by many in our area. We know we chose the best company for the job and highly recommend Landmark Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof! Karen & Tony Batista Langley, B.C.

    New roof

    David and his crew did a great job of our roof. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up each day after they finished. I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing for a quality job.

    Roofing project

    Excellent workmanship and communication from the start to finish. I highly recommend Landmark roofing on doing the job right, promptly and on time. They cleaned up leaving no mess. The new roof looks great. Thank you

    Roof Repair

    Excellent service from David and his crew at Landmark Roofing from start to finish. David provided a quick response to an urgent roof repair . We had a leaking skylight which was damaging our interior ceiling. David identified and explained the problem immediately. His team replaced the skylight and all of the flashing around the skylight, as well as the roofing material directly adjacent. They were professional and efficient in their work and very pleasant to work with (and they were great with our very friendly dog!). I highly recommend Landmark Roofing and will use them again when it is time to re-roof our house and barn. Big thanks to David his team!

    Roof

    David and his team were professional, courteous and did a phenomenal job on our roof. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new roof!

    Full Roof Replacement

    David and Landmark Roofing was one of three roofing companies I approached for quotes initially . David’s professionally laid out presentation folder and strong communication skills were the strongest of the three . His quote provided a good , better , best format to choose from and additionally provided physical examples of the materials and color choices . The work was completed over the course of 2.5 days . David’s crew was hardworking , considerate of the landscaping and professional . The end result was a fantastic transformation , at a reasonable price With minimal disruption to our lives as the work was being done. If you require roof work , I would strongly suggest you consider David and Landmark Roofing.

    Roof replaced

    Wooden shake roof removed and replaced with shingles. Very happy with how the crew prepped the area, put tarps over lawns, bushes, etc. The job started on time and finished a little bit ahead of schedule. The crew worked very hard, were professional, pleasant to talked to and did an excellent job...we could tell they took care in doing the whole job, including all the finishing touches and clean up. Roof looks great and would definitely recommend Landmark.
