Quote was very well presented, detailed in a booklet with samples of materials, and was competitively priced. Showed up when they said they would , took care to protect my property, and any concerns I had were quickly addressed. The crew was respectful and cleaned up every day before leaving. Very professional from start to finish.

We went to 4 contractors for bids - Landmark's quote was the most thorough, professional and complete and the pricing was very competitive. David personally reviewed, with us, the entire quote, options and final pricing including areas of potential additional costs should some things come to light when the old roof was removed. We were not in a hurry and preferred to do the work during good weather. David was consistently in contact with us and as better weather approached he was able to firm up a date and that is exactly when it happened. During the COVID-19 time David ensured additional safety and work measures were in place, including a portable washroom on site. His crew lead came to the door each day and let us know the crew was on site and work was proceeding. The entire crew was respectful and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Each day when they left they made sure the roof was safe and leak proof - just in case of rain, the yard was cleaned and a magnetic sweep was done to get any nails and metal debris. Throughout the 3 1/2 day job David kept in contact and on the last day the crew lead came to the door and made sure we were happy before they moved on to the next job. We are very happy with the colour choice and Landmark's workmanship and safety performance. It was a pleasure to do business with David and his crew and we would highly recommend Landmark for your next roofing job.

Dave came out to do an assessment on our roof. He then met with us and gave us a presentation booklet which was informative and provided choices at different pricelines. There was no high pressure sales. The quote was inline with 2 other quotes we received. The foreman stopped by with full size shingles of our colour choices. He attached the 2 choices on the roof so that we could have a good idea what they would look like. Roofing day was very organized and the crew finished in less time then what was predicted. The crew was safety conscience and hard workers. Everything was protected around the grounds and clean up was great. We made the best choice with Landmark.

David has great knowledge and offered outstanding service to myself and to my neighbors. He also has a great team of workers . They keep the workplace safe and tidy everyday. His company communicated the procedure for replacing my roof thoroughly. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous person who I would highly recommend. He also goes above and beyond .

A friend referred Landmark Roofing. I phoned Dave to explain my problem. After a site visit a plan was enacted. The guys showed up earlier than expected, did a wonderful job. Everything was tidy and clean when the job was complete. Efficient and pleasant crew to have on your roof.

Dave and crew were a very professional ,effective and polite team going the extra mile to ensure all slopes were squared and transitions sealed. Comraderie of crew reminded us of our four boys on a project. Dave came recommended to us and we saw why early on. First Dave sent the foreman Rob out for an onsite inspection, then Dave had a surface area estimate done by satellite in hand when we first met. Other companies never did provide an accurate estimate
