    These guys are awesome!

    David's Landmark crew did a fantastic job. The guys were friendly, the job was done quickly and to perfection (they don't cut corners like some other roofers). Definately money well spent. I highly recommend them.

    New Roof

    Fantastic Company. The quote process was so easy. David met with me and walked me through a personalized and bound booklet with material samples, color ways, costs, and all the information I needed. Then, a very professional crew arrived and finished my entire roof in one day. They left the place clean. Honestly, the process from quote to completion could not be any better. Pricing was fantastic, quality is perfect. Very very very satisfied.

    Landmark Re-roofing

    I phoned 5 well-reviewed roofing companies for quotes to re-roof my 24yr old cedar roof with shingles. Not only was David at my house within 24 hours with quote in hand but was the best price of the bunch. Landmark's reviews indicated great customer service and excellent craftmansmanship and the reviews were bang on. Efficient communication, excellent clean-up of property after each day, great advice throughout the project, and an amazing attention to detail. They spent a lot of time protecting decking/glass/shrubs etc before setting foot on the roof. Installed was the Landmark TL in Moire Black. Looks fantastic.

    New Roof

    I had Landmark Roofing replace our roof summer 2017. I could not recommend them more. I picked Landmark as I found their quote process much more efficient and professional than the other 3 roofers I contacted; I had a written quote within two days. David walked me through the quote, and met with my husband and I to answer any questions we had. I had a very difficult time picking which roof I wanted, and David was so patient and professional, having numerous samples placed on our roof more than once so I could decide. His crew was fast and efficient, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. David even called to come and sweep the driveway after the bin was taken away. The roof looks great, I could not have asked for better service, and I would refer them to anyone.

    Tsawwassen House

    My apologies to David and his team for not having this 5/5 review in much earlier. Landmark installed a 50 year product on our home last September, and we were extremely happy with Landmark from the beginning right through to the end. David is a professional, and communicated with us very well. He was patient with us as we worked through the process of deciding on which roof to choose. We never felt rushed or pressured by him, even prior to officially selecting Landmark to do the job. Once we made our decision work with David, we always remained at ease with our decision. Once installation began, his team was all very hardworking and competent. They worked efficiently, all while keeping the job site clean and safe. We’ve got two young children, and we never felt like our property was left in an unsafe condition after any given work day. We remain to be elated with the style of roof David helped us choose, as well as our decision to go with Landmark. I would highly recommend Landmark for the installation of a new residential roof. They worked hard, did a great job, and deserve every bit of this 5 star rating.

    New roof under challenging circumstances

    Many thanks to David and his team for their excellent service and work on our heritage house. It was a pleasure to work with David from start to Thank you to David and his team for their excellent service and work. It was a pleasure to work with David from start to finish. His communication skills are second to none, and when he says 'we are here for you,' he means it. Our house is tall and the roof is steep. It was under was under tarps for a year after a tree fell on it. Even before the work on the new roof started--and without our asking--David arranged for a weekend check on the security of the tarps after a severe storm. When it came time to replace the roof, David's pleasant and conscientious team did the work efficiently and tidily. The new roof looks great; the follow-up service has been excellent. We heartily recommend Landmark.

    Re-roofing

    Cedar Roof Replacement

    We hired Landmark to remove our Cloverdale home's aged cedar roof and replace with Certainteed Landmark TL asphalt shingles. Also included in the job was fascia/barge board replacement, chimney cap/chase replacements and skylight replacement. From research, I was looking for a roofing company that was a manufacturer recognized installer, provided a manufacturer transferrable warranty and a roofing company that backed its work with its own labour warranty. Landmark checked all these boxes and after reviewing several quotes, the owner David, won the job with communication, fair first quote pricing and professional approach. During the job, the Landmark crew was on time, courteous, respectful of our family/property/neighbourhood, cleaned up daily, worked hard, communicated everything and were a credit to the roofing trade. Great job and we highly recommend Landmark Roofing.

    Roof repair

    Very happy with David's service and the work done on my Cloverdale home's roof! Everything was handled professionally and David was very helpful in explaining everything. Would definitely recommend Landmark Roofing for any roofing needs.

    Replace Shingle Roof

    Hired the company to replace our old shingle roof. David was prompt in replying to my request for a quote. I think he visited to review our options a day after I contacted him. Very thorough. Did not leave any details out. He also recommended a company to install a new skylight which worked out perfectly. Managed to complete the install a day before a severe rain storm was forecast. Happy about that. There was an issue with water running off the roof after the install. David addressed the issue and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. Around the average for the five quotes we received.
