    Excellent job with Roof Replacement

    Landmark Roofing was referred to me by a friend when I need to relace my 23 years old roof. As I have very little knowledge about the roof so I asked David, the owner lots of questions. he is very knowledge and patitent and explained in a very professional manner. The work has been done very efficent and I am satisified with look and condition of the new roof. I will recommend their service to my friends.

    promptly repaired leaking roof and were able to fit us in the next day of inquiry.

    roof replacement

    Landmark is a very trustworthy roof company. David is very helpful, and nice. The price is reasonable. I replace two house roof with Landmark and very happy about my choice.

    TPO roof

    In December 2017 I had David's crew install a TPO roof over the old torch on roofing system (flat roof). I found the crew to be very professional and courteous with the foreman always informing me of what they were doing and answering all of my questions. The job was completed in two days with all the garbage and debris hauled away and the site left in clean condition. I would highly recommend this company and the owner David was a pleasure to deal with. Ray (Whiterock)

    Roof Replacement

    David and his team did a wonderful to replace my 20 year old cedar roof. Price is reasonable and service is awesome!!! Robert is the guy who lead the project, great job!

    Roof

    Who gave roofers a bad rap? Land Mark roofing was over the top with the service level soaring at an all time high. The crew of 4 was like a well oiled machine! My yard and walkways are now cleaner than when the crew arrived. As promised by David the job was complete in 3 days. The colour choice was excellent, detailed with black flashing. I love our new roof. Thanks so much Land Mark Roofing!

    Roof replacement

    I obtained four quotes for a new roof and chose to go with Landmark because their customer service was exceptional. David spent a lot of time with me at the shingle show room and also driving me past specific houses so I could see what the shingles I was considering looked like in situ. He was patient and prompt in returning calls and emails and responding to questions. He wrote into the contract a variety of special considerations such as protections for vulnerable parts of my garden and also offered an outstanding warranty. Despite brutally high temperatures and poor air quality due to smoke from forest fires, his courteous crew arrived on time, worked hard and got the job done quickly and professionally. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward with virtually no debris left in my garden after the work was done. The new roof looks great! I would highly recommend Landmark.

    Roofing

    David has done two roofs for us now and both were done professionally, efficiently and safely. The roofs were multi pitch with different materials needing to be used with a built in gutter system which were all seamlessly incorporate. David took the time to explain the different aspects of the job and options for quality materials to be used. His formen and crew were very courteous , knowledgeable and work very well together as a team completing the jobs in a timely matter. We are very happy with the results and will definitely be using them for future projects. He is prompt in returning messages/inquiries, honest and polite. Their work is top notch and I would recommend David and Landmark Roofing for any roofing needs. Wayne Anthony Langley,B.C.
