My experience with this company was very satisfactory. From the salesman, to the office staff, and to the installers, I was treated with respect and cheerfulness. Everyone was helpful, and seemed to enjoy their job. Unfortunately I failed to retain the names of the men who did the installation, but they were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They had to work on one of the coldest days of the winter, but did a great job, in spite of the circumstances. I can highly recommend this company. Employees that are happy in their jobs, reflect the abilities of the management.

Service was very professional. Installers were courteous and worked hard. The installers did an excellent job on the finishings of the interior and exterior. They came up with a great aluminum finish in an area below the window to fill a vacant space.

I have such mixed feelings writing this review, the guys we dealt with for the quote and for the installation couldn't have been any better, the office on the other hand couldn't have been any worse. Once we could get a quote it took 6 weeks to get the quote, my boyfriend emailed the office numerous times to have someone contact us. We were reluctant but after all the awesome reviews I had read we still decided to go with Dayside, my boyfriend went to the office and paid a deposit and a date was agreed upon for when the window would be installed. A gentleman came to the house for a final measurement and I was informed the office hsd lost the receipt for our deposit, he took a picture of our copy. About a week before the installation date, we phoned Dayside to confirm about what time we should expect them at the house on the day we had agreed upon (keep in mind we booked time off work already), we were told they don't schedule installation dates until the windows are made and it couldn't be installed until the following week. The day the guys came they were incredible, they kept the bathroom door closed to try and keep the rest of the house warm, cleaned after themselves and did a incredible job overall. We had the gentlemen (that gave us the original quote) over after the installation to check out the window, I don't think he was expecting to hear anything like what I just wrote above, he said he would see about doing something for us for our troubles and would have the office get in contact with us(I was more than satisfied with this). We didn't hear from the office so I contacted him to see what was going on, he assured us there would be a little something waiting when we paid the final bill. When my boyfriend arrived the woman at the office didn't know what was going on, and said they were going through some changes. Would I go with Dayside again..... probably the window does look incredible.... would I be in constant almost annoying contact with the office.... probably lol, a three month wait for a window was a tad much.

Love my new windows and doors. Excellent products, excellent prices and service was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Can't wait till the spring time to start the second faze of my project.

Installers did a great job! Both were very professional and knowledgeable with the window being installed. Window and capping of others was done quickly. They did a great job on clean up after the install was completed.

From initial visit by Luke to completion of installation by Brad's team, Dayside was great. Their price is very competitive. I love my new door and windows, would definitely recommend Dayside Windows!

What can I say but simply the best window installation experience ever. I had windows installed upstairs by another company and I only wish I had known about Dayside four years ago as they are far superior in every aspect. The installation crew did a great job and believe me when I say we are fussy people on details and finish which they passed with flying colours. We had a very small misunderstanding which Steve dealt with very professionally, I have already recommended Dayside to a friend and look forward to using them again myself for anymore similar work I need doing. Thanks again Steve and I hope to be able to deal with you next time.

Great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep Pat was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He knew the product and made good recommendations. The installation crew, lead by Leszek were great. They completed the job on time - as promised. They were pleasant and highly respectful. I am very pleased with the final product and quality installation. Would highly recommend Dayside.

very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Luke was very helpful and trustworthy. Brad installed the glass and was just as impressive. We will definitely contact this company for further work in the future.
