Was highly impressed with the professionalism and service from start to finish on our window replacement project. Personnel were very informed and highly capable. Product is excellent. They did everything they said they would on time. Highly recommend !!!

From start to finish everyone at Dayside was great. From the consult, to the booking, execution and follow up - all great people. We're very happy with the work they did. I had contractor friends and family come to examine their work afterward and they all agreed that a great job was done. I just had 1/2 of my home windows replaced by Dayside windows of Brantford .My experience was very good throughout . Sales rep Luke was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in determining the most suitable and cost effective windows for my home. Great care was taken to make sure the measurements were exact and there was good communication re installation date .The installation crew were professional /on time /efficient / tidy / skilled . The windows are of high quality / manufactured locally to my window specs/ and priced competitively . I plan to use Dayside again in the future when it is time to replace the rest of my windows and doors . G.Szabo

We recently had a bedroom window converted into a patio door. We love the end results! Dayside windows were awesome to work with beginning with our first steps into the showroom. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The door came in exactly when promised and the installers were courteous, skilled and very respectful of us and our property. What a brilliant company!!!!! The quality and workmanship of our 16 new windows is unsurpassed. Our 114 year old Victorian home is now draft free and beautiful!! We love Dayside.

Very satisfied from the first phone call to the finished product. We had 20 windows and 4 patio doors installed in our home. Our sales rep Luke M. was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling, he identified every positive about the window, from the frame to the glass itself, we didnt want just a piece of glass, but we wanted quality glass installed and luke offered great advice and we have learned alot from him because he taught us what type of glass we were getting And even showed the quality of glass in the showroom. Luke worked within our budget and sealed the deal. The installers, Jason and Matt were also very respectful of our property during the week they were there and trusted them completely while we were away from our home. My only comment to be made is we wish the windows were cleaned from fingerprints (especially the high to reach windows which were approximately 18 feet from the main floor) We will always recommend dayside for windows and doors because we are very satisfied customers.

I had all my windows replaced in my house by Dayside and they were amazing! They were fast, friendly, and had excellent prices/ quality. The windows are beautiful and installed wonderfully! I have had no problems at all with the installation or service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Dayside Industries is located in Brantford, Ontario. I contracted a full home replacement of vinyl windows and patio door. Purchase experience was good with the owner working with me to address a noise issue on one side of the house with a custom solution. Only a small downpayment was required. I had received several quotes and the quality of the product was comparable to others in that price range. The labour warranty was not as good as some other companies (but a warranty is only as good as the company your dealing with). Installers are company employees and did a good job especially the inside trim finish. Installation took longer than expected, a combination of being too busy and being meticulous. One issue was the rear patio door screen. It was not what was in the showroom as the supplier had changed the design and I was not satisfied with the new style. It was replaced to my satisfaction but it took a bit of time. This company is worthy of being considered when you get your quotes.
