Extremely pleased with this company! If you need any screens replaced this company does it all. Adam and Dan arrived on time and were very personable and informative. They did all the work on site in their truck parked in front of our house.They replaced 5 screens and cleaned up everything. No mess left behind! I have been waiting over 3 years to replace old window screens as it was hard for us to find a company who did this specialized work. Fortunately I read about Doctor Screen online and knew this was the right company for us! No more holes in any of my window screens! If I ever need to replace screens I will definitely use this company again.

John Archer of Doctor Screen.com repaired our broken screen in our patio door and it’s glider wheels this past week. He was conscientious, efficient and top notch in his repair work done, his install of the pet mesh (which I recommend even if you do not have a pet - the quality is quite noticeable and worth the bit extra). In my mind, this is the only company I will be dealing with from now on for this type of work - period.

I emailed these guys and got a quote over email. I told them it’s was 7 screens and was told between $400-500 for the screens. They came to the house and I was at work and they did what they thought was their job and I got a bill for almost $900 and the hadn’t even finished. They did screens they weren’t asked to do. At no point did they call me or contact me in any way to say they think other screens should be or could be done or fixed. They just went ahead and did them. If they get to a home and see they can’t do a job for what they quote then communicate that!!! And to top it all off they screens did not fit right! Blew out the first night we opened them. They came back to try and fix them but failed to do so. We were not happy with the screens so they simply came back to take them back. I have since talked to 3 other companies about my screens and find out that doctor screen was not even using the right application for our windows. And they were going to be quite a bit more money then any one else.

We are looking to list our house and needed a few minor repairs, including window screen replacement. They answered my text immediately and showed up when promised. Excellent work quality. I'd recommend them to anyone!

John arrived at time stated, had patio door sliding and locking properly and 4 screens and tabs repaired and placed in 30 minutes. Very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend him to others and will call him again for any further repairs or replacements.

I had a very small requirement to replace my patio screen door lock that I could not locate at any big box store. After a long search, I am glad I contacted Greg. He was quick to respond after seeing my lock pic and located one and I got my lock replaced.

Richard Uy installed a new screen in my storm door. He was fast polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him. I can't think of any thing else to say to complete the minimum of 30 words.

About 3 years ago I hired “Doctor Screen“ to come out and repair several window screens, and my sliding patio screen door. all torn by squirrels. John arrived and all was done on location - he was friendly; a good worker, and honest...and didn’t suggest any unnecessary upgrades. a wonderful young man. Several weeks ago I phoned John again as the squirrels had once again gnawed holes in multiple screens in the fall. I was disappointed to hear that John was no longer assigned to my area, but he helped me get in contact with the local guy named Dan. I got another wonderful young man to replace my screens. He had the same work ethic, friendly and honest. I sure hope the squirrels are not coming back, but if they do, I WILL CALL DOCTOR SCREEN! GREAT COMPANY. GREAT PEOPLE ! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Y.
