    efficient, professional service

    Jules came to assess our broken storm door the same day I called. He gave me an estimate for repair and advised on the relative merit of repairing vs. replacing. The replacement took place within a week of my initial call. There was a nick on the paint which he returned to touch up before taking payment for the job. A very pleasant experience overall!

    Screens done well and fast

    5 screens, 2 large, 3 medium, re-screend in my driveway in less than an hour. Cost was comparable to a retailer that I had to drive quite far to access and leave them for over a week! Thanks Screen doc!

    Very professional and timely service, reasonable pricing

    When I called Doctor Screen to replace the screen for my basement egress window, Greg responded to my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next available date. His area manager John arrived as scheduled and did a very professional job. He is such an expert at this trade, and replaced the screens perfectly.

    Screen repair

    We had a screen door and window repaired efficiently at the scheduled time by a courteous and competent technician (John). Options and additional services were presented with a soft sell approach. The screen door wheels work great and the screens look like new.

    Super Fast and Reliable Work!

    I contacted Jules and he was able to work around my schedule and fix the window screen in my master bedroom. He came right on time and had everything all finished within an hour! Great, professional service, will definitely contact him again if I need any work done!

    Fixing jammed door lock

    Truly, John’s title ought to be Extraordinary Door Whisperer! His artfulness in fixing my problematic terrace door – twice – is nothing short of astounding. The first time around, he rapidly figured out that which no other contractor apparently could. Problem addressed in minutes. Wow! The second visit (due to an improperly installed fixture by the original builder) required more finessing as it was badly jammed. Nonetheless, he went out of his way to ensure I was ultra-satisfied all over again. And I was. Undoubtedly. So, if you ever need someone who is skilled, respectful, exceptionally service-oriented and more, I unhesitatingly would put Doctor Screen on speed dial. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me, John. No amount paid can ever capture the difference you made in my life.

    Doctor Screen Burlington

    Burlington Doctor Screen: I needed a small screen replaced. I needed it done as soon as possible, I was told the next day. I waited all day long. No Doctor Screen. I sent a message, got a response saying that it was for the next day but, I had the email indeed saying that they would be here but there was a miscommunication. That was fine, it happens. I was quoted $120. for a small lower half of a trailer screen door. I suggest to anyone out here to look online on how to replace a screen. It's super easy, I was just pressed for time. Very poor value for $120.00

I got the day mixed up - and I apologize for that but it was done Thursday morning.As for the price, we did quote it before you agreed. Our service charge is a minimum and it included the mesh for the largest screen I think we provided service on Tim and as quoted. Not sure what else we could do. It easy if you have the right tools screen and some experience.. Thanks!

    Retractable Screens Front and Basement Doors, new Screens on Patio doors

    Adam and Dan of Doctor Screen GTA Northwest installed Retractable Screen systems on our Front Door and our Basement Door. The Basement Door required a custom fit. Also, they replaced two screens on our Patio double doors. They did professional quality work using professional quality products. At first we were just doing the Basement door, then based on the quality and fit, we requested the Front door and double Patio doors be done as well. I couldn't be happier with the courteous service we received and the high quality installation work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your Retractable Screen needs.     Amazing

    I didn’t even know that my screen could be replaced and I could not be more pleased. Not only did the screens get replaced for the majorly of my home, the frames were repaired and the mechanisms to attached them back were replaced. No more patches and rips and no more openings to the outside. This is a fantastic service, with exceptional customer service. Thank you guys for a job well done.

    Replace damaged window screens

    Mobile service, done at my home. 5 screens replaced. Excellent price. Very happy with the job. John was very professional, fast and friendly. Great communication from the company for booking and pricing estimate. Thanks again John!
