During my recent bathroom renovations, I found York Taps in the Beavercreek area of Richmond Hill to be a good 'one stop shop' for all my bathroom fixtures. Very competitively priced products of excellent quality. The Store's delivery policy, however, led to some confusion and frustration with delivery staff who were apparently, not properly instructed. This, however, was quickly resolved, thanks to the intervention of the manager. I am glad I chose to ignore some of the negative reviews posted on their site, and have no regrets at choosing York Taps.

As an interior designer i highly recommend Yorktaps to everyone looking for bathroom's products . Yorktaps has a huge showroom, best qualities, great prices and knowledgeable customer service , you can easy pick your products and leave comfortable. he has same products as the luxury stores but with the very reasonable prices. Actually I spent 1 month to compare the products (price, quality) to the other stores. im so happy ,and so proud to show my work to my clients. Thank u Yorktaps.

The worst customer service! They attempted to charge me $300 to replace a defective bathroom vanity (the sink became detached from the vanity top) with one that appeared to have been been returned to them. The replacement had chips in the marble top and the glass shelf had a chip and was dirty like it had been removed from another bathroom. Months of attempted contacted with no follow up. I gave them one star for satisfaction as the other products I purchased there are fine, but not worth it in the end. Will not be sourcing products at York Taps for the upcoming second bathroom reno

Went to York Taps on Leslie street in Richmond Hill and discovered a wonderful showroom filled with great products at great prices and managed to get everything I needed to redo my bathroom. The staff were knowledgable and worked within my budget. When I do the basement bathroom, I will be going back to York Taps.

Great customer service and very good quality. I would definitely recommend this company. I am very happy with purchase of bathroom sink and bath mixer taps .Speedy delivery. Recently ,Having just ordered lots of different bathroom items for a major project (garage conversion to ensuite bathroom and a new, extended bathroom), I simply had to let people know how impressed I was with the service I received from your team - and Mazen in particular. He was extremely patient, helpful, polite and professional throughout our long telephone conversation and could not have done more to put me at ease. It was great to be able to place a lengthy order over the telephone at 9.30pm (!) and still receive such fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.well done!

I recently decided to upgrade my bathrooms in my condo and did research before looking at options. I looked into custom built in cabinets and freestanding cabinets. I went to several supliers but Yorktaps was by far the easiest place to do business with. No pressure sales, product in stock, extremely fair prices, and very friendly. I ve been shopping for a vanity for over a month online and then i decided to go check out yorktaps señection because they alot online when i got to the showroom i was very impressed with there selection.they had over 50 vanities on display. I purchased 1 for my master bath and it was delivered with 48 hours! The service was amazing and the delivery process was incredible. Thank you Yorktaps ill see you guys in spring for my powder room reno. They made it easy and affordable

This is the first time I have ever written a review, but the service we received was so bad I felt compelled to warn others before buying from here. There is a reason there are so many negative reviews online. I wish I had read them before ordering anything from them. We purchased a vanity from here and were told that their bays were full and we would have to return to pick up the item. We called ahead and asked if we could come Saturday morning, they said yes. When we got there on Saturday morning we were told they do not do pickups on a Saturday. After we explained that we called and asked, they allowed us to pick it up. I’m not sure why they gave us a hard time, but we should have known from here that we would have future problems. When we came to pick up our vanity we asked about a specialized bathtub size. We had already ordered one from a competitor, however, they made a mistake in ordering it and it was coming one week later than expected. David told me he could get me the bathtub within a week (three weeks earlier than the other location). He assured me it would not be a problem because he knew the supplier personally. We dumbly believed him. David told us he would call us on the next business day to confirm everything once he spoke to the supplier, but we would have to but a deposit of 50% down. The next business day David didn’t call. David didn’t return our calls. When we finally got a hold of him, he was vague, said the bath was still coming on time and said he would call back. He never called back. My husband honestly would call this place 2-3 times a day. No one gave answers. They finally told us it would be a few days delayed. When that day finally came. There was still no bathtub. They then told us it would cost us an extra $100 to have it shipped express – which they later did not charge us. When the bathtub finally arrived at their store, they did not call us to let us know – yet again my husband had to call and confirm. Our simple two week renovation has now lasted over a month because of their dishonest business practices. David knew he could not get this bathtub faster than the other location – he just wanted to make a sale. They are very unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive. I would never order anything from this store again. Do not trust anything that comes from the salespeople that work there – they absolutely lack customer service. We made the mistake in trusting them and have learned our lesson that when something sounds too good to be true – it probably is.

I bought two toilets from them. They basically never ran the first order through them but charged me. Then when I called back to find out what was happening, they charged me again. So they charged me twice. There would have been no problem if they just refunded me, but they argued about the refund amount because they charged me two different amounts and they wanted to refund even less than the lower of the two, which doesn't make any sense. Also, they sold me on the wrong toilets with respect to appropriateness for my family, and after the guy told me "you need to protect yourself by doing your own research before you come in". How can they say that to a customer???? These guys are ridiculous. Nice customer service.

Very rude people,they tried to kick me out from the store with no product and refused to give us money back.I had to call to police to scare them.Leaslie location in Richmond Hill.Do not waste your time ,go somethere else.
