    patio door

    We are forever grateful to have found a company that is knowledgeable, professional and easygoing. We had an issue with our patio door lock after four years of usage- they came out without hesitation! The employees here really know what their doing which made this experience great from start till finish. Panorama Windows & Doors installed ours 4 yrs ago; it's been very reliable ever since

    large window

    Let me start off by saying that I AM BLOWN AWAY by the people who work at Panorama. From my sales consultant Otto to the team who installed my beautiful picture window everyone has been respectful, kind, professional, and most importantly respectful of my home and their work space. I had the pleasure of meeting the greatest installers Ross and Kerry who installed my picture window and from the moment they walked in my home they already had their tarps in their hand and was very respectful to keep my house clean while they worked. I am beyond thrilled at the quality of my new window and what an amazing job they did installing it, it wasn’t easy because I was home to watch how hard they worked but they never lost their cool or took breaks or even asked to my restroom which I wouldn’t have a problem with but they are phenomenal workers. I’m looking into a new French door for my patio and hopefully I’ll get the dream again to do the installation! Thanks so much Panorama definitely will be using them in the near future.

    Entrance door and sliding door

    We bought four sliding glass door and an entry door from Panorama windows and doors replacement for an enclosed pavilion we built on our property. Serge came to the house several times and spent hours with us, both on site and in the show room, showing us what products were available and helping us maximize the available wall space while making sure everything looked proportional. He knows the trade and we appreciate his technical wisdom and professionalism.

    Patio door

    Contacted Panorama Windows and Doors for a quote on my patio door replacement. The service was great, they came out that same day to measure up! Installation went smoothly with no hiccups or delays-I'm very happy indeed how it turned out plus would recommend these guys wholeheartedly if you're looking into changing your own home's exterior features too.

    windows replacemet

    Panorama windows and doors made sure to take care of my old windows and installed beautiful new ones in their place. The workmanship is amazing, I am very satisfied with the outcome!

    Patio door

    I had my sliding patio door replaced today and the techs did a wonderful job. The whole experience from getting a salesman out to do a quote to installation was very quick (ours was an emergency because the glass was smashed) and easy. The price was also very reasonable. The technicians that installed the door today were very fast, friendly and helpful, especially considering our old door was installed very poorly so I think it was a bit of an annoying job to do. I would highly recommend Panorama Windows & Doors.

    8 windows and sliding door

    The order was delayed considerably but due to reasons out of their control (Covid and supply chain). The sales person, project manager that did final measurements on site, and the installers were all professional, friendly, and great to deal with. Only area for improvement for the company would be on communicating to the customer about delays and providing updates. I always had to call them to get any type of update on delivery dates. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to renovate and replace with high quality product.

    kitchen window and living room bay

    It was a great experience all around. The installers were amazing, efficient and respected our home. They arrived on time, did their job, and cleaned up after themselves; what more could you ask for. I will be using Panorama windows and doors again to install the rest of my windows when the time comes because of the great experience we had.

    We had two windows that wouldn't open properly. We had five companies come to our home and tell us the windows couldn't be fixed then proceeded to give us quotes for replacements. We booked an appointment with Otto, at Panorama Windows and when he walked in, he said, "You don't need to replace the windows. You can call the shop, right now, pick up the replacement parts for under $50 and fix it yourself in less than an hour. He showed us how to fix the window before he left and said if we struggled we could call him back. We couldn't believe it was that simple and he saved us thousands of dollars and the hassle of replacing windows that are still in good condition. We were so impressed with his honesty and integrity. When we picked up the parts, Alex showed us again how to replace them ourselves. We went home and within 40 minutes, had fixed windows that had been a problem for years. We appreciate their integrity and happily recommend them to others and they will be our first choice for doors or windows in the future.
