    front door

    Panorama windows and doors installed a new front door for us last year and did a wonderful job. Joe was thorough in helping us select the right door for our home and went the extra mile in getting them to fit correctly in our old brick home. We are extremely happy with the result and highly recommend Panorama windows and doors.

    windows and front door

    Beautiful European products that truly exude classic elegance while also incorporating modern features and design. Everyone at the company is so helpful and kind and always willing and able to answer any questions. The rep definitely cares about and knows his products. I’ve toured many window factories and showrooms and Panorama windows and doors is definitely one of the best!

    Front door

    We're very pleased with our new front door. The team from Panorama windows was professional and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards! I highly recommend them if you need a windows or doors replacement or installation.

    4 windows replacement

    We had the last four windows that needed to be upgraded, and we were very happy with how care was taken when installing them. Panorama windows and doors officials came by a couple days later just check on our work; if it looked good enough for him I knew he'd say yes! The Triple Low E/Argon replacement windows has made such great improvements already.

    12 windows

    I love this company and their products. I'm still satisfied with the quality of my windows 7 years after installation, it doesn't matter if something goes wrong or not! A few weeks ago water got trapped between one of those double paned glass panels in our kitchen window so we called them up to fix things quickly without charge.

    4 windows

    Their prices where reasonable compare to other company, they also ensure the measurements are correct by sending another person to double check, they are timely and very great to work with, Denis was amazing, he did a wonderful job . I definitely recommend this company for any further windows. Thank you again.

    8 windows and sliding door

    Our old house transformed to Energy Efficient house plus save money for utility. Thank you so much Otto and Panorama staffs. Merry Warm and cozy Christmas with new Panorama windows and doors.

    5 windows replacement

    I can't say enough good things about Panorama windows and doors. We've used them on two separate occasions. They were professional, provided outstanding reliable service, communicated well from every department from the sales rep, to scheduling, to installation, to inspection and even brought us a box of chocolates to say thank you. Their prices were competitive and also were willing to work with us on price negotiation, and every person I dealt with was friendly, trustworthy, accommodating, and provided the solution we needed. A couple windows had small issues after installation, so they had a scheduler and technician respond quickly and solve the problems efficiently. The windows are made in Ontario and the quality is excellent. We can no longer hear traffic noise and the house is noticeably warmer in winter. Highly recommend them!!

    5 windows replacement

    Made an excellent job of fitting new windows in my apartment. Really high standard of workmanship and everything left looking really clean and tidy on completion. I would definitely recommend Panorama windows and doors.

    All windows and door

    To start from the point that it took so long from the order to installation. However we do other renovations and I can tell that it took longer to get my countertop for the kitchen. Seems to be delays everywhere. I didn't expect to be booked 3 times, it's also stressful especially since we removed all the blinds for the first time and waited with open windows for 5 weeks. One thing I can tell is good correspondence with the office, they always pick up the phone (unlike sales person). All the windows were done in 2 days, finishing was on the second day a week later. Also stressful but it was our fault and in the email preparation it says to remove the blinds but we didn't. Sure enough the crew don't deal with the electrical and I recall it now in the sales consultation. Windows installed fast, in a couple of hours everything was in. The first impression is quietness. I was nicely surprised how quiet my bedroom became. Nice cranking handles too, they fold and not on the way if the blinds. Also sun protection, we picked this option knowingly and it works just as promised. We put blinds down only at night. Overall our stress was well paid off with the result. Special thanks to Yana, I can only imagine what she's going through.
