    Main floor windows

    0 out of 5 stars from us. We had our main floor windows replaced by Panorama in April of 2021… only this week did they finally finish the job. Over the 2 days of installation, they left a mess around all the windows, they did not attach the handles on most windows and wherever the damaged the drywall and trim couldn’t cover, they filled with white caulking. Some windows are awful with drywall space needing repair. The worst part of our experience was our “fake” window above the garage. It was put in with the window framing being the wrong colour - but replaced anyway. They told us that fake windows were not made in that shade (beige) of frame and so they went with black! It looked awful. They never confirmed with us or asked us what we wanted. After, they agreed to have a painter come out and paint the frame. The painter came in July - and couldn’t paint since the window was installed backwards. Each and every time we contacted Panorama we were told someone would get back to us. Each time, no one did! Finally after suggesting that we would share our experience on social media, they agreed to fix it the next day! That next day, the fake window was installed with no issue. We would never recommend panorama to anyone. Their on-site mess was unacceptable and their after service was the worst we have ever experienced.

    20 windows

    We really do seriously like our new Panorama windows! The process was smooth. We could hardly believe they completed the removal of about 20 old 1950's windows and installed the new, with very attractive framing, all in about 12 hours. It was a rather fascinating team to watch. It was a lot of manual labor in the heat of June. Yes, we had a couple of concerns about a couple of areas, but they sent someone back to assess and then they returned and took care of our concern areas. We have had such a hot summer we may not have been able to realize the electric costs savings yet, but we can feel the "soundness" and quality of these windows. The "quiet" is impressive. And the lack of heat from near the windows even when the sun is shining on them is amazing. Great insulation! We would highly recommend Panorama Window and doors.

    windows

    We are extremely pleased with our new windows! We replaced “36” windows in our house and I’m very glad we chose Panorama Window. From the sales process to the installation they were easy to work with and charged a fair price. Ross and Kerry did an amazing job. It is a LOT of work and they really took their time and focused on every detail. They were professional, courteous, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They hit some minor issues as expected with a 100 year old home but worked through them and made everything perfect. We highly recommend this company and install team. We will be a repeat customer for our sunroom and garage for sure! Thank you for adding to the quality of our home remodel.

    windows replacement

    We replaced all fifteen of our windows and also replaced our deck door, which was originally a French door, with a sliding glass door. All were original construction grade that were changed to Panorama branded products. We cannot be more pleased. The quality of these products and the difference they have made in our home is beyond belief. My special note to our customer relationship representative, Yana P our sales representative, as well as the excellent Panorama Window installation team. Alex initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Yana stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team showed up on time and worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Panorama Window and doors, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Panorama Windows enough.

    bay windows

    Just had 2 new bay windows installed in my kitchen. Really brings out the tiles with the new lighting, really nice design! The sales team did a great job at going through the different features and design styles. Loved the showroom as well, so much variety to pick from. The installers did come late by 30 minutes but apologized right away, did a great job with installation, and left the place spotless.

    windows and doors replacement

    For the window contractors that don't need another 5 start review, I'll add one anyway. We received a quote from a big name window company to replace all of our windows, which came out extremely high and unaffordable. Joe at Panorama windows replacement saved the day by quoting both premium and premium economy options that were both SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other quote, allowing us to do the whole job at a very affordable rate. Alex was a great installer, and our new premium economy windows met the energy star efficiency rating that provided us with a rebate while also providing a lifetime warranty. We are very happy with our windows and the entire service at Panorama windows and doors replacement. Definitely recommend.

    Windows and doors

    Had two windows and two doors installed. Installers were clean and professional. There was a misunderstanding concerning the basement windows needing to be egress but the company took strides to correct the error in the end.

    door

    We just had our new door installed by Panorama windows and doors. Love it Aizik was and has been our salesman for this and all our window projects for Panorama as well Highly recommend them and Aizik as well. Service was outstanding and top quality products!!     Doors

    We purchased new Panorama doors over the last 8 months, and Otto Maan provided design and consulting services on both occasions. He is very knowledgeable about Panorama products and was able to provide several solutions that met our needs for new doors. We now have a beautiful front door, and recently placed an order to replace our sliding patio doors with French doors. Otto was very responsive and professional throughout both transactions. He listened to our needs and then worked with us to configure and visualize the new doors. Otto is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!

    windows

    After having a poor experience getting set up with another highly advertised window company in Barrie and deciding to back out right before signing a contract because it didn’t feel right, I have been so pleased with every step of the process with Panorama! Otto came by to help us plan and purchase, and he was so helpful and patient with all of our questions! he was available to text with questions through the whole process, and even sent a personal thank you note! Ross and his team have been very polite, professional, and skilled in the measurement and installation of my windows. It has rained SO much in Barrie lately which did delay the install by a couple of days (which is TOTALLY understandable), but I have received calls and texts with exactly what to expect and when to expect it and they have delivered! Yana offered to switch my installer if I wanted to keep my original install date, but Ross was so helpful and thorough when he did the initial measure that I was happy to wait for him a couple of days.
