    Some glitches were made but in the end it was all good

    The original evaluation and quote went very pleasant, unfortunately during the install some problems did arise. Most of them were noticed in time and corrected. All of the problems could be traced back to the fact that not everything ended up in the contract because of communication on details which were not written down in the paperwork so some wrong parts were delivered, but once it was discovered it was dealt with. Panorama even went that far to compensate for the inconvenience. Some of the mistakes could not be rectified afterwards and because of that a five star review is not completely deserved. I have to say however, that besides the glitches, everything went very well. The install was very fast and professional, the work looks great and I'm sure we will see savings. Our old windows were over 30 years old and in dire need of replacement.

    sunroom windows and door

    Had 8 windows and 1 door replaced in a sunroom. The quality was exceptional and the workmanship from the installers that came to finish the job was outstanding. They were here for two days and each day they worked very hard and were unobtrusive and left the area clean. Would have them back at my house anytime! Such a great experience!!

    8 windows and 3 doors

    All of our new windows and doors were purchased here. The selection is amazing. The quality is unsurpassed. We have not experienced any problems except for some hardware like door closures and knobs which wear out anyway. Panorama staff came quickly and replaced or repaired them per their guarantee. Check out their website. You will not be disappointed.

    windows

    We had a large bay window removed and replaced with a large, flush one. Ross & Kerry are wonderful! They're skill set and attention to detail is second to none! I don't have single negative thought to add! Down to their post install clean-up, I could not have asked for 2 better gentlemen for this job! We were referred to Panorama windows and door by my parents. My mother recognized Ross from her install and even wrote his name down so that she could request him for any further Panorama needs she has. That right there is of the highest praise, as she is an incredibly meticulous person! Thanks again Otto, Ross and Kerry for your spectacular job!

    WINDOWS AND DOOR

    I had four windows replaced last October and a new front entryway door installed this week. Both experiences with Otto and his crews were positive and I was left with quality installations. The windows and door seem to be high quality and all materials seems to be solid built making them move open and closed with the right amount of effort. I had a broken window pane from shipping and they replaced it as soon as they could with ease. Otto and team have answered all my questions and been open and accurate on price and schedule.

    7 windows

    We had all of the windows and doors replaced in our home. Omar, Alex and the team were very professional, the price was reasonable and the doors and windows look great. I highly recommend this company for any of the services that they provide.

    windows

    Our house was freezing cold during the winter, especially our daughters rooms. We are thrilled with our newly updated windows and doors not just for the aesthetic reason but for comfort as well. Otto and his crew where professional and efficient and discovered an error in the building of the house which contributed to the cold getting in. They were able to fix the problem which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend!

    3 windows

    If there was a 100 rating -Panorama deserve it!!! Professional, knowledgeable about product but most of all cared about my needs and my budget and never pushy. My team: Otto, Rustam and Kerry were available for all my questions and made me feel like I mattered - a rarity these days. Kept me advised of the progress on order, arrived on time, left everything clean and final inspection was completed. I had 3 windows replaced and will be replacing the rest.

    PATIO DOORS AND BAY WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    We had three patio doors and a bay window replaced. We really appreciated the communication before, during and after the installation. They walked us through the process of the bay window giving us all the possible situations. So we were well prepared when they had to replace the siding below the window. Their work was professional, prompt and complete. They did a great job at cleaning up after each day. We look forward to having them come again once we are ready to replace a few more windows.     windows and doors

    Had Panorama Window install replacement windows and doors last week and everything turned out great. Great advice with window color in my office. They match better than the original windows. Professional, clean, on time and responsive.
