Jeff and his crew at Cypress we’re 10/10. They tested and serviced my HVAC system, checked my the water pressure coming into the home, installed a new high efficiency natural gas heated hot water tank and they serviced a leaking toilet. All this on the day they said they would and for the rate they quoted me. No surprises and on time, I wish there were more crews like this in this industry

Jeff was right on time, efficient, knowledgeable and clean. He gave me all the available options to fix my issue and was pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

A small bottle fell in the toilet during flashing. I called Jeff and he came the same morning to help! One thing that I really liked about his way of work is that he directly estimated the cost and the available options for repairing. He was on time and took the initiative to keep costs as low as possible. He actually came within an hour (despite an injured ankle). Very punctual, service-oriented and a lot of technical expertise! I would definitely recommend and use his services again if required! Thank you!!!

Our heating did not turn off and it was getting extremely hot inside as the outside temperatures started rising. Jeff answered my call within half an hour and was able to come on the same day. Quickly fixed the heat and I also asked him to unclog our bathroom sink drain. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Excellent job! Great service!

On the snowiest coldest snow day of the year of course my furnace stops furnacing due to previous install company basically selling me an oversize furnace and then not setting it up properly causing a blocked or messed up heat exchange...so after calling around (first two companies I called: one on ridic 'overtime' rates and another being too busy I called Cypress -Jeff answered said hey I can be over in 5 mins - remember like all roads basically ice and schools closed. He came over diagnosed and explained what was wrong, explained my options and then said he'd order the new furnace and be back in the morning. Old one was removed, new one installed and configured properly (no metal tape everywhere! -proper metal work looks cool to boot) and professionally over next day and new thermostat and proper quiet heat flow and happy family. Thanks Jeff!

Extremely satisfied with the replacement Jeff and his team provided. My hot water boiler was not working to provide heat to my house and Jeff replied almost instantly. He came to my home quickly, assessed the situation and provided me some options. When I asked for his recommendation based on my situation, he did not recommend the most expensive option. As a result, I knew he was very genuine. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and got the replacement done in a few days which I thought was extremely quick! I would rate him and his team higher than 10 if I could.

Wow! Right when businesses were shutting down for the holidays, my hot water tank died. Jeff answered the phone straight away and was at my home in about an hour with Walt. Both super-nice, very efficient replacing my hot water tank, thorough, thoughtful and professional. They could have begun their holidays but helped me out of a tight spot instead. Thanks to them we have hot water for Christmas. I'm very impressed with Jeff's and Walt's care and kindness. I highly recommend Cypress Plumbing and Heating. They're my go-to guys from now on. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his crew. Jeff responded to our call very quickly, had a look at our boiler (& hot water tank) and was able to give us a honest evaluation. He was very thorough and gave us a quote for the best option for our home. Jeff was able to start work right away and then had his crew finish the job over the following days. Everyone is courteous and polite and very hard-working. Very nice to see such professionalism. Highly recommended!
