We had a plugged sink that turned out to be caused by some poor plumbing work done years ago on the lower level of the house. Jeff came on on short notice on the weekend and when the first few trouble shooting methods didn't work, cleared his afternoon to stick around and redo the plumbing installations that were causing the problem. He was well prepared with all the supplies he needed along with him and was so friendly and helpful. We felt he charged us very fairly considering it was the weekend and the work done was extensive.

Jeff came recommended by a personal friend who is a builder in West Vancouver. He was very professional and above everything, he completed the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a competent plumber and gas fitter. I will definitely hire Jeff again in the future. I'm even trying to think of the next job as I write this review.

My hot water tank was past its prime and needed replacing. I chose Cypress Plumbing after doing much research, calling many plumbing companies, and reading reviews on Homestars and other sites. Jeff explained my options and answered all my questions. He does excellent work, pays attention to detail, and left my basement cleaner than when he came. He charged exactly what he quoted. I feel very fortunate to have found a reliable and honest plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done.

We recently purchased an older home, and were informed by the home inspector that the boiler for the hot water heating would need some repairs. After getting quotes from several companies for a replacement boiler, we contacted Jeff from Cypress Plumbing, and he was able to present us with several replacement options, explaining the advantages of each one. We decided to hire Jeff to install a Superhot boiler, and replace the pump and some of the other bits and pieces. The work was completed in a timely and organised fashion, and he kept to his quoted price. We will definitely be calling Jeff again for any future plumbing repairs!

We recently renovated our kitchen and bathroom, and in the search to find a plumber, I was referred to Jeff through a friend. Really glad to have him as part of the renovation team, he pointed out some potential issues with the project before it started and help me find a workaround. He was also able to work with the schedule of the project, allowing it to be completed on time. We were very impressed with his attention to detail, and will be recommending him to our friends!

What an honest and reliable plumber! He kept to his quoted price and installation date. Jeff supplied the tank, completed the tank installation with a minimum of service interruption and was considerate of the hardwood flooring.
