I am totally happy with the work Jeff did here in our condo. The 2 hot water tanks were 20 years old and needed replacing. The crew protected the work site keeping everything clean and dry. The new tanks are working beautifully. Jeff then went on to fix our heated floors which haven't worked properly for years with many hot and cold spots. Jeff is a genious for figuring out the system which every other heating specialist never could. My feet have never been happier!!! A few of my neighbors have also used Cypress with great results. Thanks Jeff for your determination and fixing things properly!!!

Jeff answered my call on a Saturday afternoon and came right out to replace a gas valve controller on my hot water tank. I had previously had another very large, very expensive "service group" come out twice that wasn't able to solve my problem who also cancelled a scheduled service call that I had taken time off work for. Jeff got straight to work and had the work done in under 45 minutes, but he also was great to chat with, knowledgeable, and friendly. His fees were completely reasonable for a weekend call, and less than half of what I had to pay for a similar amount of time from the other company. Would happily call him first the next time I need help.

after years and $$$ and numerous "pros" trying to fix radiant heat with sludge and heat exchanger and crap plastic piping, i found jeff (cypress) @ homestars. When he arrived...i said to myself.. "damn, he's a young kid, probably with no experience and knows nothing!" Boy was I WRONG! Jeff fixed everything! What sets Jeff apart from others is that HE IS INTELLIGENT! Anyone can weld, tear apart and put things together, but JEFF ACTUALLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT! Too bad not all pros are like Jeff!.. Thanks Jeff!!!

Called Jeff for the first time earlier this year for a problem with my boiler/hot water heat. He was prompt and stayed late to fix it so I wasn't without heat over the w/e. Also told me that he thought one of my zones was leaking causing the the whole heating system to be to be noisy, less efficient and to wear out faster. Got him back to fix this and can't believe the difference. No gurgling pipes, a warmer house and lower gas bill. Seems I had the problem for many years and none of the other plumbers that have serviced the heating system figured it out. Also, got Jeff to replace twin hot water tanks and he did a high quality job at a very competitive price.

This is a love letter to Cypress Plumbing and Heating. Dear Cypress (Jeff) after 2 previous attempts to get someone to look at our furnace I was fortunate to find you on HomeStars. From you, we finally found out why our furnace had turned off and why it was so loud when on. We were sold too big of a furnace for our place, happily you were able to make adjustments for that and fix both problems, but what made me very happy was when you gave us heat in our kitchen which up to that moment had always been cold. You and only you noticed a closed duct and without even telling you of this problem you suggested we open this up to get air flowing in the kitchen again (previous owners had sealed it off, we had no idea it made any difference). We called Cypress Plumbing for a standard furnace and boiler service and a few other small jobs including looking at a leak and shower dial. Jeff was great. He was on time, knowledgeable and super personable. He gave us feedback on the condition of our furnace and explained what he thought the leak was while showing us how he fixed it. End of November and my furnace died. I was thinking I would have to replace it. Jeff came in and carefully analyzed it and determined it was better to replace a few parts and repair it. He also tested for Carbon Monoxide and cleaned up after he was complete. Great work and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff came to replace my water heater and he was so efficient and kind explained everything. He even came back on a Sunday without charging us more only for the pipe that needed fixed. Thank Jeff for your great for helping me so effectively. I recommend Cypress highly.

We were looking for a plumber to fix the water pressure issue in our shower. We saw the rave reviews of Cypress Plumbing at Homestars and contacted them. Jeff was great. He quickly scheduled a visit and asked me for a photo of the shower. He came on time and was organized and prepared for the job. I realized that the reason he asked for the photo is for him to determine the type and brand so that when he comes over he already has the parts that may need replacement. He is efficient and knowledgeable and he doesn't waste any time. A big bonus for us is that he was very considerate and respectful of our home, he made sure to take off his shoes before coming in.
