Arborescence have always provided shade which could be great during hot days but ruined my wives gardening attempt, so these guys came in to do a major canopy reduction. They were timely and they gave the fairest value. I was very worried about damage to my property since I have a brand new fence. BUT I could see how they were tying ALL the branches as a preventative measure. Great work!!!!

We were sad that the city of Toronto required us to remove a huge (infected) ash tree from our property. Through a friend, we had the bulk of the tree removed but the stump was left behind. Castor Tree Care came to our rescue. They had left a flyer at our door while working in our neighbourhood and we called for an estimate. Freyr promptly arrived on our doorstep and gave us a fair quote (several hundred dollars cheaper than previous quotes.) He set a date for the work to be done (within days of his assessment visit), called us to confirm his arrival time the day before, and advised us of his imminent arrival an hour before the job began. It was a hot day and Freyr worked tirelessly only stopping to drink water and when we encouraged him to take a lunch break. In a very short time he was back to grinding away our tree stump. My husband advised me that ash was one of the hardest woods to cut or grind. We were both pleasantly surprised at how quickly Freyr was able to grind the stump to well below ground level. Not only was Freyr effective and efficient, he was also very professional, courteous, and friendly to both my husband and myself. We assured him we would be pleased to recommend his services and Castor Tree Care to friends and neighbours who were looking for prompt, effective, and professional tree service. We are pleased to have the opportunity to recommend Castor Tree Care to others.

Excellent work. Efficient,prompt,polite and very knowledgeable. Prepped the area, protected my outdoor furniture and plants and they cleaned up the area beautifully. My neighbor is equally as pleased. I highly recommend them.

Castor Tree Care Service did a great job taking going above and beyond,clearing all of the dead wood on a tree in my backyard.Their rates were reasonable and they were very friendly and patient and efficient and did exactly what they promised to do.I would very highly reccomend going with CASTOR TREE CARE SERVICE for any tree trimming or any works that is required.I'll definitely going with them again to do future work.Thanks for the great work.!
