    Windows and Patio Doors Installation

    Big City replaced windows and patio door for me.The installers was very polite, efficient, and did very beautiful job on an old crooked house. Thank's to Vadim, Stephan, and Igor. July 11, 2015

    Patio Sliding Door Installation

    Excellent work. Great crew. Vadim was polite. Installer showed how to operate the product. Construction garbage has been taken away.All interior and exterior work has been completed. 09 July, 2015

    windows

    I could not be more satisfied with my new windows. Everyone involved was a pleasure to meet. The work was done very efficiently and the windows look wonderful! The clean up was so fast I could not believe they were done!! Thank you Vladimir and Andrei and the men who installed. I will highly recommend you.

    Window replacement

    We looked into windows a year ago, but put it off until end of Feb when a sale convinced us to do 2 windows where condensation was causing issues. They arrived when expected, cleared snow off the roof to access the windows, layed down mats and got to work. The work took much longer than anticipated (areas surrounding the frame were rotten and needed replacing), they took care of it and cleaned up after themselves and replaced the window fixtures. The windows made a huge improvement, and the initial advice on picking the type/style was appreciated and turned out well. It was well worth the investment and we are very pleased.

    put new windows

    Thanks so much Andre and Vladimir for the high quality service. I am happy with the new windows installed in my house. Overall, I think you did an amazing job. I will eventually hire you to replace the remaining windows in up-coming years. Good Job

    Front door replacement

    I was looking for a front door and was contacted by Big City just around that time. The sales rep was very personable and patient with us changing our minds several times. When they Came to install approx 4 weeks later as had been the time frame we were quoted they did an excellent job in approx half a day. The door looks beautiful and the trim work was exceptional. Good job done.

    3 Windows

    Andrey and Vladimir did a top quality professional job! From start to finish I have received excellent service. I love the look of the windows, the quality of the craftsmanship, the screens and the mechanisms. I will definitely use Big City Windows again!

    Sliding door and windows

    I was very happy with the installation of my sliding door and windows. The fellows did a great job and took time to make sure things were correct. I am very happy with the sliding door and window so far. It was the coldest day yesterday and there were no drafts coming in. It was nice and warm! I can't wait to get the rest of the windows replaced this year.

    Windows and doors

    Best windows and door company in Ottawa by far, my husband Kevin and I could not believe how great the installers were. We are really noticing the difference in how much warmer our house is, now that we have quality windows. Very affordable and we would recommend Big City windows and doors to all our friends and neighbours

    Window Installation

    Had such excellent experience with Big City they answered all my concerns and where very helpful through out the whole process of work I recommend them to everyone they are amazing at what they do and have the best customer service
