Very good installation, proffessional. The price is right, no surprises They delivers quality products. The installers are meticulous and respectfull of your house. They clean up. When they leave, you have almost nothing to clean or pick up. I am very satified.

It has been a week now and we are very satisfied with the look, the finish and the workmanship that was done. I would like to particularly thank Pavel, Michail, and Alexandre for the work they did on the installation. They were on time, very professional, and you can see they take pride in what they do. They paid attention to the small details and that is so important. The installation ran a bit late and they stayed until the end instead of re-scheduling. They did a great clean up of the windows and workspace before they left - they even passed the broom everywhere they worked including the garage where they cut much of the trimming. We are 100% satisfied, the windows look great, and we would recommend them and your product anytime

I don't usually post online reviews, but had to make an exception for Big City Windows, especially the installers Mark, Val and the crew. They were here for two full days, and did an awesome job removing 13 old wood Pella windows and replacing them with new vinyl windows. They also expertly did all the inside trim and the outside flashing. A great job. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who asks.

Big City W&D completed a 7 window & 2 door replacement at our home in June of 2015. We had received several quotes and decided to go with a new company in the area. We're glad we did. We are very pleased with both the quality of the products and the quality of the installation. The windows and doors were of various sizes and types. Employees Vladimir and Andrea whom we dealt with were knowledgeable regarding their products and professional in their manner and workmanship. We will certainly hire this company again.
