    Windows and doors

    Just had my patio doors installed by Big City Windows and Doors. What a great company. The service was spot on from the quote right through to the completion of the work. The quality of the product was so well made. Project stayed on budget and on time like promised. The house looks amazing with our new patio door, defiantly reccomend them anyone in ottawa and sorrounding area.

    Window Replacement

    After doing my research, I decided to go with Big City. I had my doubts at first, considering that they are new to the Ottawa area- but those doubts were put to rest as soon as they arrived at my house. They arrived on time and the staff were extremely professional and finished well within the time they had told me. The products they offer are some of the best quality I have seen with some of the best prices I have seen! I will be buying from them again and will be recommending them to friends and family!

    Big City window and Doors

    I had a few windows replaced in Sept. Very happy with the service, very professional . Finished the job on time and cleaned up everything. I have recommended Big City to friends. I will be replacing more windows with Big City in the future.

    window replacement and patio door

    We just had all our windows replaced in our home which included two bay windows, patio door and nine windows with Big City Windows. We did our research looking at other companies and the type of windows that they had to offer and Big City Windows had the superior product and the best pricing. The owners of the company (Andre and Vladimir) of the company and the installers are very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the service and the product. We love our new windows and would highly recommend this company if you are thinking about replacing your windows.

    My fin ace and I read the positive reviews on Homestar and decided to contact Big City for an estimate. After comparing the price with two other companies, we choose Big City Windows and Doors We were very pleased with Stas aswell as the salesperson Andrei, and the installers Pasha.     Windows and doors

    I know the company is new to homestar but we took the chance and I can proudly say very happy that we did, we had 6 windows and a garden door done by Big City Windows and doors. One of those windows was a large bay window. Two weeks ago we had the last the 4 windows done. The first time we looked around for windows we got estimates from 5 different companies. Vladimir was the only one who did not pressure us, he answered all our questions and taught us about the product. He was very professional, but there was no pressure. Andrey and his crew were terrific. They did a wonderful job on our cottage. The job was left spotless! My windows and my garden door couldn't have been done better then they are now! thank you again!     Big City Ottawa did an excellent job. Very prompt, friendly, good to their customers, clean, dependable. I will definitely use them again, actually friends of mine used them and recommended them.     Front Bay Window & Custom Patio Doors

    Thank you to the guys over at Big City Windows. installation was done on time, as promised, fast and very efficient; no fuss, no issues. We will definitely use them again and will refer others. We are very happy we chose them. The windows and doors that they installed are all very high quality and it seems different from other companies that are around.     New Windows

    I save a ton of money of my new windows and I will save even more on my bills this winter. Thanks Stas for a great deal. I will definitely recommend Big City Windows to family and friends.
