I purchased my new front door from them a few years back and was very impressed with the results. Recently, I had estimates done to replace my bay window and Big CIty had the best price. Again, very professional instalation and everything was very clean once they finished. very polite and hard working.

We've been burned by so many companies since moving to Ottawa that we were honestly a bit jaded. Big City windows changed our opinion! Easy to work with and very professional, they were on time and the installers took great care in their work. They even clean up after other companies! We were so happy with quality and execution of installation that we are now replacing the rest of the windows!

We had a Window installed where no window was present and quite nervous about it, we are happily pleased with the way it turned out. The installers did a wonderful job cutting out for a new window and did great finishings to make it look like it was always there, the salesman that suggested a larger window than I was thinking of having installed was absolutely the right choice.

Windows were delivered at the exact timeline that was given (which was 6+ months shorter that competitors). Installation was quick, professional and clean. The windows are amazing. We have used other big companies in the past, but Big City blew them away in all areas.

We hired Big City Windows for the replacement of 3 basement windows. The price was in line with other companies. The work was done in the expected time frame (8 to 10 weeks) (we have standard size windows so that might have help). Daniel and Marjorie (contractors for the company) did the work today. Very pleasant to work with. They explained the work, did a professional job, even did more than what was expected. They cleaned up once the work was done. Very good workpersonship and great team work. The office staff is also pleasant to deal with. Love the windows. I would recommend that company for that type of work.

Big city Windows did a great job in replacing the windows on my house. From the sales person (Alissia) to the installation crew - all worked to make sure we were satisfied. The installation crew was efficient and cleaned up after installation. I would highly recommend them for anyone having windows replaced.

The process was easy and the sales rep explained everything and also put us in touch with the rebate options to save us money. The installation was on time and very well done. It was quick and quiet and all mess was cleaned up. A great job all round.
