The work crew arrived early and got busy right away. Fred and Daniel didn't let the freezing temperature slow them down. Everything fit perfectly and the re-installation of our storm door was finished with no glitches. Cleanup was great. Thanks so much for a super job.

I had a new front door installed by Big City Windows and Doors. The lock/handset from the factory had a defect. The service department of the company did a fantastic job following up the issue. When the parts had a supply issue from the factory, Big City Windows and Doors replaced the defect lock/handset with one that matches the style and function of the original set to ourt satisfaction. So I would highly recommend this company.

The team completed two window installations for us. The consultation service was awesome and the windows came in on time (even with the glass shortage). The installation crew was very fast and was able to quickly address some water damage issues that was found after the window was removed. Unfortunately, they had to break the old window to remove it which left pieces of broken glass on the roof. They were able to clean up most of the glass but there was still some minor clean up to do. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend the company again.

I had a substantial number of windows and patio doors to be replaced in my old home as well as new windows to be installed on my addition. Big City Windows &Doors were beyond impressive and completed the project hassle free. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Our outdoor porch enclosure is professionally installed by Big City Window April 2022 at our townhouse.The frame is built from maintenance free aluminum panels that match the bricks of the house. The glass panels provide an unobstructed outside view. In addition it provides the comforts of a warmer climate room in winter and mosquito free during the summer.The porch door locks for added security. We are all enjoying this area of our home from this well built product and installed by Big City Window. A job well done.Thanks Regards Clarence

This is our second experience with Big City ... incredible service, product and people ... We replaced our 30 year old original windows a few years ago and were extremely pleased with the Big City product lines, sales and service and after sale service. This year we replaced 3 entrance doors. Beautiful product, incredible instal team and wonderful follow-up by our vendor.
