    Basement

    From the moment Rob walked into our home we got a good feeling from him. We had previously met with two other contractors. Rob is one of the most courteous, polite and warm people I have ever met. He was recommended to me by some moms on a Facebook page. His price was competitive in comparison to the other quotes we received. Mostly we decided to go with Rob because we felt comfortable with him and we felt confident that he would do a good job. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the final result. The construction process went smoothly. We changed a few things during the construction and Rob was accommodating and courteous throughout. His carpenter made the cutest little Dutch door for my daughter's playroom under the stairs. Overall I would recommend Rob to my family and friends and I would definitely hire him for future projects.

    Basement

    Rob and his team built a full basement from a completely unfinished basement. It included a great room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and exercise room. He was on time, did quality work. The final bill was only $200 off the estimate but that was because of changes I made. He was always clear about cost impact of changes. No surprises. He has been outstanding in helping with some things that have come up after the conclusion of work and payment. He is well respected by all the trades people he works with. Great guy. Great work !!

    Completely renovated 4-piece ensuite bathroom and updated 3-piece main bathroom and laundry room.

    Rob and his team gutted my ensuite, built out a larger shower, retiled the whole bathroom including shower, installed a free-standing tub, vanity and toilet. They also replaced the vanity, mirror, lighting and toilet in the main bathroom. And installed new cabinets and a butcher block counter over the washer/dryer in the laundry room. The team did an awesome job! Very satisfied with the quality of their work including the attention to detail, actively working with me to ensure each activity was completed to my satisfaction, communicating on progress and next steps, cleanliness of the work site both during the work and after they were complete, and professionalism of the team! I highly recommend Rob's Quality Construction. I will be using Rob again when it is time for my basement renovation later this year!

    Basement Renovation

    Our basement was an absolute mess due to shoddy work done by the previous owner. Rob and his dream team turned it from nightmare to an amazing space in just over 3 weeks. Rob was upfront and prompt with his quote, totally open and honest during the whole process and in constant communication with us. This was a big deal to me as I am home during the day with a toddler, so knowing who is coming and going in our home and when is important. Rob and his team were very respectful and quite honestly the nicest group of construction workers we have ever dealt with. They even said bye at the end of the day and updated us as to what they had completed and what was next. His work was on time and budget and Rob made sure we were 100% happy with the finished product. Previous contractors we have hired for our kitchen and upstairs bathroom were not like this....and did not take the kind of pride in their work that Rob does. Very refreshing to find someone like this and we only wish we had found him sooner as we are now pretty much done all the work in our house! Would 100% recommend Rob's Quality Construction to anyone looking to get stress-free, quality work done in their home.

    Bathroom Renovation

    This was our first major renovation since moving into our home in 2014 and we were very nervous about selecting the right company for the job. As any diligent person would, we called around and got several quotes, one of which was from Rob, the owner of Rob's Quality Construction. From the beginning Rob was prompt, professional and knowledgable. Rob provided us with a quote within 24hrs and was happy to re-quote us when we changed our mind on the layout of the bathroom. Rob and his team of very hardworking guys, Slawak, Peter, Sam and Kyle, were polite and considerate during the renovation and just got on with a great job without any hassle. Rob and his team have transformed our old outdated bathroom that were inherited with the house into a bright, modern and functional family bathroom that is finished beautifully. We would HIGHLY recommend Rob's Quality Construction.

    Basement renovation

    Well, there are contractors and then there are human beings like Rob. Humble, polite, honest, up front, clear. detail oriented, customer focussed, professional and wiling to listen. Rob and his crew had just completed a basement project on our street. We called Rob to get a quote. Rob arrived on time, went through the process in detail and we felt instant sense of confidence in him. Yet Rob persuaded us to get other quotes for proper comparison. He also provided us ten references. Every call we made customers were raving about Rob and his team. This included people who were professionals and young mother with babies at home. We decided to go with Rob. That we are glad we made that choice would be an understatement. Rob is a perfectionist and a consummate professional. He kept us updated about the progress each day . What blew us away was that he kept that communication with us even when he was on vacation as well as his team members were always answering on his behalf. His crew: Peter, Slawek, Kyle, Sam and Daniel worked their heart out and the team produced a basement project of top quality, finish and within our budget. It was a joy having the team work in our home with the atmosphere they created. Towards the end Rob said to me that I would miss them. Yes....we will but we have built a connection with the finest people. I would recommend Robs Quality Construction without batting an eye to anyone. If I could I would give them 10 stars .

    Finished Basement

    Rob and his crew did an amazing job finishing our basement. The quality of the finished work is excellent. Rob was very professional and honest. He gave us some great ideas and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the job. His crew is fantastic. They work hard and we're a pleasure to have in our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob to my family and friends and we will definitely hire him for any future renos we may need.

    Basement Renovation

    Our basement was truly a mess and it's a really odd shape, which meant that it wasn't very functional. It's been years since anyone spent time down there voluntarily. We wanted to build a reasonable sized bedroom with a closet and create a living space that people would want to use. When Rob came to take an initial look, I appreciated the fact that he took the time to spin different scenarios out, and to clarify the pros and cons of each one. I wanted to remove part of a wall to open things up, and he quickly established that it was load bearing and told me how much the additional cost would be if we decided to go with that plan. He impressed me with how thorough and knowledgeable he was, and quite frankly I liked the fact that he came across as direct and honest because some of the other people who quoted us just seemed slick. Rob and his team work hard and they put in long days. They're unfailingly polite, and they keep the workspace tidy. Rob kept us up-to-date with things either via email or in person (depending on whether we crossed paths at the end of the day) and was always really quick to respond if we had questions. But the bottom line is that the quality of the finished work is just excellent. Rob doesn't scrimp on the finishes, and he took care of a few small things for us that I really hadn't expected him to (and that I'm sure weren't in the initial quote). If I had to guess about why, I'd tell you that it's probably because that team seems to take a lot of pride in their work and when they walk away from a job they seem genuinely concerned that people are pleased with the outcome. One last thing you should know about me - I never write online reviews. I agreed to write this one only because I have a lot of respect for this group of guys and the work that they do. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

    Basement finishing

    Rob and his crew were amazing and completely respectable of our home. He finished the job in the timeframe he provided and on budget. Any issues that arised during the reno were taken care of quickly. I will definitely call Rob again for any future Reno's
