They did a fantastic job on our basement rec room. All of the guys were very reliable and hard working. There was excellent communication at all times. The prices were fair. The work was completed within a short time frame and ahead of schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend Rob's Construction to our friends and neighbours.

The entire basement had to be gutted. Rob was very prompt to return calls and messages throughout the entire reno and assisted throughout the redesign of the space. His crew worked very hard; it was completed on time and the work was high quality and very professionally done. I highly recommend Rob and his crew. I get such compliments on the basement now and truthfully, my basement is more luxurious and nicer than my main floor! You will be in good hands with Rob's Construction, a company who cares and you can trust.

Rob and his team take pride in their work. From start to finish Rob and his team were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They even surpassed my expectations with little extras that makes my new basement a beautiful new living space. Rob always kept communication open and making sure that I knew what to expect each day. First of all... Rob and his crew of guys are amazing all the way to the moon and back! There are so many contractors out there who can come in, give you a quote, create what you think you may want and be on their way. You may be content and satisfied but right off the bat in our first meeting with Rob he brought up at least 10+ things that we had never thought and considered! Rob opened our eyes to so many thoughts, options, considerations which we had never thought of and we would have been disappointed down the road if we had went with anyone else but Rob and the crew! They are a class act, everyday people, respectful to the max and amazing in what they do!!! A+++ 10 star!!! :) WARNING: Long review to follow... I have been a little late in posting this as the worst space in our house (the basement) has now become our favorite! We have been furniture shopping lol!!! :) Originally my wife and I had found the "perfect" house that had everything we needed in location, size, shopping, transit, etc etc. It was not "exactly" however perfect for me! We were buying this new house, hoping to start a family down the road in a year or 2 and I was SO bothered buying this house without a finished basement. I have heard dozens of horror stories from friends, co-workers, etc etc of people who were suppose to get the best finished result ever and it came up short, or disappointing in many of the areas. Nobody wants to pay for anything whether its $100 or $10000 and then feel stuck, helpless and unsatisfied!!! We had wasted our time with a few quotes and decided to have Rob over last because he was the local guy who has been serving the general area, north, south, east and west of Burlington for years and years with positive reviews and different basement/bathroom layout's that were all wild, cool and creative!!! With a new 1 year old baby Rob was able to teach and inform us of so many things which we didn't ever think of since he is a proud father and family man himself!!! :) We we're always kept in the loop about the progress, what would be happening on a day to day basis etc. Everyday we were always greeted with a hello, good morning, have a nice day and the guys we're respectful, kind, genuine and had a great team attitude together. An estimate, layout, contract was suggested to us after taking all of our input, adding a few things and improved on a couple of our ideas, hopes and dreams!! Rob and the guys took everything we wanted, needed and made it better than we could ever imagine. They were always considerate and let us know when it may be an extra loud, or noisy day and what would be happening in case we needed to go to the mall for a couple of ours or over to Grammie's for the day with our new baby. Most of the time we didn't even really know they were there beside's coming in and out with or for materials, tools, etc. Of course we knew they were there working, but by no means did it interrupt our daily life and such. Some of the things that Rob and the guys made happen and came through with was making us a complete bathroom, with shower, breaking the concrete and fitting us in a full 60 x 32 stand up shower while every other contractor wanted to stick us with a small useless, corner shower. With safety and consideration to our baby and future children Rob had suggested half walls going down the stairs for kiddies. Also, other quotes had contractors trying to sell us on these fancy, overkill oak and such stairs which would have not been ideal for us. Rob sent us to his amazing contact Carpet and Flooring guy and we picked out an awesome quality carpet with soft under pad that will be juice proof and kid safe for when they are sliding down the stairs on their butts :) This simple suggestion was was given to us from Rob as a person and not Rob as a contractor out for profit. Overall... Rob gave us everything we wanted, needed, had hoped for and they some. While our style, choices in paint, flooring may not be for everyone? Its worth a million dollars to us and our friends, family and especially the neighbor's can NOT believe how our COLD, DARK, CONCRETE, depressing, basement which made me feel like it was something out of a prison lol. I am so happy and grateful to have had Rob and the guys design our project which was totally on time, budget and again... they went above and beyond as amazing Human beings and all super Professional in what they do. Rob's quality construction is a company name you can trust to complete all your renos! We recently used them to renovate our master bathroom and we are thrilled by the result! Rob is extremely professional, honest, trustworthy, and delivers first class quality! Rob and his crew are meticulous and the result was perfection! We highly recommend Robs Quality Construction. We had our main bathroom completely gutted and redone with new tub, toilet, vanity, shower door, tiles - everything! His quote was accurate and he was there when he said he would be there. The workmanship of his skilled team was excellent. The tiler, plumber and electrician did excellent work. They were on time and cleaned up every day after work was completed. They consulted us throughout the project to make sure we were satisfied and to make sure they understood where we wanted things placed/installed ie., towel racks, shelves etc. Rob oversaw the entire project and communicated with us throughout the entire project. He was finished right on time. We like to support local business and we would highly recommend using Robs Quality Construction. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Total basement with one full washroom, storage areas, concealed cabling for home theatre and a small serving area. Excellent experience - the project was done on time and budget, excellent crew that was very accommodating and helpful (went out of the way with extra help) and always with a willing smile. Great planning and execution. The quality of work - very satisfying.

We live in a 2 bedroom bungalow in Burlington and wanted to convert our basement half bathroom into a full bathroom with shower. Although they only had a tiny space to work with, Rob and his crew did a great job with this renovation. The attention to detail on the tiling was superb and they paid close attention to all finishing touches. Rob and his team were friendly and very respectful coming and going. We highly recommend Rob and his team for renovations. Onto the kitchenette project...!

Rob and each of his team members are very professional, efficient, and personable. We are very pleased on how our basement renovation project turned out - great workmanship right to the smallest derail! If you select Rob's Quality Construction to do your project you won't be be disappointed!

Before I talk about the quality of work, I’d first like to share my opinion of the company. From start to finish this was probably the smoothest renovation project of any kind that I have ever experienced. No excuses, delays or drama of any kind. When you email Rob with a question, you get a timely response. Once you get the quote, there are no hidden or extra costs at the end. When he tells you what work will be done and on what day, it gets done. Sounds elementary, but there are too many contractors out there that can’t manage these things and Rob stands out in this regard. The work is fast, accurate and clean, and Rob and team are unfailingly polite. Building material is quickly brought in and out with minimal disruption to your living space. Rob definitely has a system that works and manages it well. Now for the project itself. This was a full basement renovation starting from completely bare concrete floor and walls. It required new framing and insulation, full electrical, drywall walls and ceiling, raised laminate flooring, window replacement, pot lights, furnace and storage room partition, repositioning of air vent and central vac, new doors, stairway finishing and carpeting, trim and paint. All this was done in just over 3 weeks! The end result speaks for itself. I’m very picky and prefer to do most things myself and I’m often disappointed by some of the work I’ve hired others to do. I had contemplated doing this renovation myself for that reason. The fit, finish and attention to detail is more than I expected, and I’m so happy that I chose Rob for this undertaking.
