    Bird removal from roof

    Skunk and Raccoon Control

    During this Coronavirus pandemic, we have skunks living under our back garden shed and something was digging under our new deck. Ken arrived promptly and assessed the situation and suggested solutions. He performed the agreed upon work quickly and professionally, respecting all social distancing protocols. We used Gotcha Wildlife services previously to remove a raccoon that was intent on getting in one of our upstairs windows. Very pleased with the service.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Kenneth is very rude and threatened to sue us. We had the worst experience with him. He was very arrogant with my mum and literally walked off while she was talking and shut the door in her face and drove off. Unfortunately, we had paid the full amount ($425) in advance thinking based on reviews his service would be top notch, however the second he got his money and did some work on the roof, he stopped replying to text messages till we basically forced it out of him. That's basically when everything went downhill, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

    Wildlife removal

    Had squirrels in the roof and felt relieved as Ken is very knowledgeable, personable and professional... his work is excellent and he resolved any and all issues efficiently. He answered any questions and price is more than reasonable... we had and would most definitely recommend him! Thanks again Ken!

    Quick and clean

    Heard animal noises and thought it was in the attic. We phoned this company and Ken came promptly the next day. In this time of COVID he was very careful coming into our house and most checking and work was done outside. Good news was given and other ideas suggested as mice had come into the attic and he gave us a choice of having it treated. Polite, clean and friendly plus a warranty given, I could not have asked for better treatment. Thanks Ken

    reliable and dependable service

    Great service every time! We had a groundhog problem under the deck. Ken showed up on time and fix the problem. Highly recommended!

    Porch screening

    Ken came and screened in my front porch to keep skunks out. He was constantly in touch about our appointment. He showed up on time and walked to site with me. He was open and honest about the job and the cost. He worked quickly and efficiently. He left the site tidy and in great shape. His work is excellent. If you have need of an animal removal specialist, this is your guy

    Squirrel removal

    Ken is very knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. In an industry with absurdly inflated prices he has the most integrity out of any of the companies that I dealt with. He went above and beyond to educate me on the habits of the wildlife causing the problems and spent extra time and care in rectifying the issue. He has an Instagram page that clearly depicts his love for animals and wildlife as well as his dedication to keeping them safe and the homeowners happy.     Squirrel removal

    I heard some scratching above my mud room and immediately knew what it was. Squirrels!!! I called Gotcha immediately, and was called back within 30 minutes. Gotcha was out at my place in less than 24 hours and discussed our options. Thanks for the prompt response and the professionalism.
