    Squirrel/raccoons

    Ken from Gotcha wildlife is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. We had a problem with squirrels in the attic and Ken completely took care of our problem in a quick and professional manner. I would totally recommend Ken to any one of my friends or family. I cannot thank you enough for everything you and your assistant has done for us. Thank you Ken!

    Wildlife Control

    I called Ken late yesterday afternoon, Friday, to explain our wildlife problem. Ken detailed his services, related costs, warranty & to my pleasant surprise his availability the next day. Ken arrived on time introduced himself & conducted a thorough inspection of our home. We thought we had a red squirrel infestation due to other homes in the neighbourhood experiencing similar problems this year. It turned out to be mice. He proceeded with a product to control the mice. Ken also gave us tips to rid spiders which we have struggled with for a few years. The charges for the services provided were very reasonable. Ken explained he has been in the business for 17 years. I would not hesitate to call Ken in the future if we have any further wildlife problems. I would recommend Ken to anyone looking for assistance with their wildlife problems. Thanks again!! Cliff & Donna Bruton

    Wildlife removal

    Very professional service. Bats were entering soffit intersection. Area secured and one way door was installed. Ken was friendly and very knowledgeable about the service. I will be recommending Gotcha Wildlife to others that need similar service.

    Wildlife removal and prevention.

    Unknown to me, I moved into a home with unwanted squatters in my backyard - raccoons under my deck and skunks under my shed. I inquired around and found Gotcha Wildlife had the most reasonable prices, respectfully answered all my concerns and had a three year guarantee. Ken and Callum came to assess the job promptly and were able to start immediately. They were professional and knowledgeable. It was a fairly big job digging trenches and securing barrier screens around my deck and shed. They worked swiftly and tidied up such that you barely can tell they were here. It was a true pleasure working with these gentlemen. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone!!

    Wildlife control

    Ken was so amazing ! He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns with no hesitation . He was very thorough with all his work and explained all steps. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends !

    Service to customers

    We were renovating parts of our roof when a racoon found an opening and made himself at home. Ken was very prompt to come to our property and assess the situation. He explained how the racoon was getting in and was able to show us the path he was using to climb through our rafters. Unlike other wildlife removal services we contacted, Ken also offered clean-up and sanitization which we needed as the racoon had been in our attic for a while. With each appointment (initial visit, set-up, clean-up), Ken was super-prompt and showed up when he said he would show up which we really appreciated. Thanks Ken!

    wildlife removal

    Wow what excellent service... We are a restored church/condo 20-unit building in downtown Toronto. For the second time we have used Ken and Gotcha for a wildlife removal [once for raccoons and once for squirrels]. On time, effective and smart. Problem solved. Great companies deserve great reviews!

    Squirrel Nesting

    This company is exceptional. Ken was on time, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. This was the first time we had a squirrel attempting to nest. The problem was dealt with humanely and the cost was exactly as estimated. I would use this company again with any future problems and recommend it without reservation.

    Raccoons in chimney

    I called a few places for quotes and to ask questions. I’ve never had to deal with the purring of baby raccoons before. I called Gotcha wildlife and Kenneth got back to me soon after. I spoke to Kenneth and he listened to my story and was extremely patient and upfront about the services that he provided and the cost for each of the different possible scenarios. We arranged a time for him to come and they arrived within the time we had discussed. Kenneth and Callum inspected my property and went through the next steps needed to take care of the raccoons. It was nice to have professional, polite, honest, and punctual people taking care of a problem like animals in the chimney. There quotes were the most reasonable that I received and I’m happy to say the inspection and resulting scenario were the best case scenario as far as what had to be done and cost. I’m happy to say that the house is de raccooned. They installed a one way exit and will be capping my chimney. I’d happily recommend there services to people I know with similar issues.     Awesome guy, awesome service, awesome price

    Typical squirrel in roof vent kinda problem. Ken was very accommodating in choosing a time that suited me, he showed up on time, gave me an extremely reasonable price(I shopped around plenty). Was very professional and thorough. He also offered a wide array of services and surprisingly very few people had, and with those combined services, the cost was still the cheapest!
